It's refreshing to receive customer service from employees who genuinely care about helping customers find the right products. Thank you, Kenny and Jennie, for the outstanding service!

A different Lowe's was able to help me out on a small home improvement project by providing paint samples for me complimentary and this store was so rude when I asked. Both women were rude and dismissive and said we don't do that here. I explained another location had helped me before and they said nothing and just walked away. Sanding sheets were about $6, so a dollar a sheet. Not bad. But honestly I'm just going to Home Depot next time first.

Tonight we came in to do some pre-Black Friday browsing (so I could see what my kids liked) and we had another really fun time checking out the whole store. If it was a pool, I could get easy, fast advice at Leslie's. Spoke with Charlie Schrobilgen, the general manager, about a filter pump to somehow rig up for the fountain. His advice was priceless. He spent some time on the computer to find the right machine, which was at the right price, and off I went. It's a big project to hook up a filter pump to an existing fountain, but I am confident it will be worth the effort, thanks to Charlie.
