Both individuals had very erratic schedules that made them difficult to track down and we only had 2 days to serve them since the initial order was given to the sheriffs department to serve and the sheriffs department took 2 weeks but were unsuccessful. Mike met with me Wednesday evening to go over the details, he said he was confident he could get the job done and quoted me a fair price.
