This review is long overdue and I feel horrible for forgetting to write one! Towards the end of 2019 I decided to take legal action against my previous employer for not following basic CA employee law. It was a scary decision for me to make and both Frank and Yasser made me feel confident in my case. Frank was kind and patient enough to answer all my questions and made clear to me the steps of action that would happen as my case moved towards the Labor Board Commissioner. When the time came for me to face my employer face to face at the commissioners office Yasser did a wonderful job fighting for my case. To be honest seeing my employer again after being harassed by this person and a few of their friends, I felt a sense of fear come over me again. I could tell Yasser picked up on this and did everything to calm me down and make me feel comfortable just simply telling the truth. Thank you to Frank and his office staff for immediately contacting me. I felt like I had a harassment case at work but after communicating with Frank via emails it would not hold up in court. Frank is very knowledgable and was able to give me advice and point me in the correct direction. I have quit my current position at the clinic I was working at due to unethical and unlawful dispensing of scheduled IV controlled substances that are outside of the guidelines of the DEA. I purchased a vehicle from a dealer who never issued me the title to the vehicle even though I paid cash for the car. Then shortly after he ripped me off the dealer closed his business and I was never able to reach him to get my title. I was not able to register my car and I didn't have tags. During the pandemic while the dmv was closed, the car was towed. I was literally left on the sidewalk with my child in complete despair, not knowing what agency would help me sort this out. I spent weeks reaching out to dmv investigations and the DMV, and filing a number of different forms but nothing was going to track down this crooked dealer down and get my title to me. Then I found Yasser, and he walked me through the entire process, carefully explaining everything to me. He assured me that he was not going to give up on my case. Yasser not only found the dealer who fraudulently sold me the car but he also relentlessly stayed on top of this crook until I got everything that was owed to me, including the related fees and the title/registration to the car.
