This review is long overdue and I feel horrible for forgetting to write one! Towards the end of 2019 I decided to take legal action against my previous employer for not following basic CA employee law. It was a scary decision for me to make and both Frank and Yasser made me feel confident in my case. Frank was kind and patient enough to answer all my questions and made clear to me the steps of action that would happen as my case moved towards the Labor Board Commissioner. When the time came for me to face my employer face to face at the commissioners office Yasser did a wonderful job fighting for my case. To be honest seeing my employer again after being harassed by this person and a few of their friends, I felt a sense of fear come over me again. Thank you to Frank and his office staff for immediately contacting me. I felt like I had a harassment case at work but after communicating with Frank via emails it would not hold up in court.
