They put in my pool liner 4 years ago and now the edge needs to be snapped up at the top, easy fix. I called them Saturday 6/12/21 and a gentleman called me back to say they would call me Monday 6/14 to set up a repair. Nobody called me back and I have called them the last 4 days and left a voicemail but NOBODY will call back. The problem will get much worse when we start to use the pool so I want the repair done now. I would give them a zero, if it would allow me. Broke my pool light on the install of my pool liner. Told me they would fix it.For two months they have been stringing me along. Than said they would replace it at cost. Told them this was not acceptable, they broke it, they replace it. I was told that management would contact me. Now they don't even return phone calls made to their answering service.The installer took it apart for some reason even though the unit comes at whole. Than they reinstalled it with the seal broke and water got into it, ruining the light. Don't use them their service is horrible. read more

My mother used this company to replace her pool liner. First of all, it took literally all summer to complete. Numerous no-shows, no return calls, no estimate as to when they would next show. Next, she had someone help close the pool and they informed her the liner was not clipped appropriately. She called them in MARCH and has yet to get anyone to come out to fix it. Pool liner I installed in the fall. Open pool this summer and liner was away from the track all around the pool and got worse as the days went on. Was told this is normal. Called company. Literally the MOST deplorable company I have EVER dealt with!!!!! Almost 4300 for new liner in the fall. Opened pool before Memorial Day and say some small areas that unsnapped. We had the "lifetime warranty" so called to have someone resnap the liner. SIX WEEKS of calls, arguments, so called "managers" who all speak as though they barely made it through 3rd grade, and "contractors" who cancel repeatedly or just say they're so busy they don't know when they can do it!! Disgusting, scam of a company!! We are going to PAY a local company to fix their crap and will be filing a suit against them. Anyone who wants to file as well, let me know. Nothing worse than this company. It's 2019, please AVOID AT ALL COSTS, it surprises me they are still doing business - 2 years and thousands of dollars thrown away. Two years of calling them and always get a text back saying they're busy at the moment and will return my call. I paid in full as they stated this would give me a lifetime warranty (which they provided me paperwork for) and they have yet to fix the broken/leaking liner they installed two years ago. STAY AWAY THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM! Their sales rep in June of 2017 gave me a price of $4500.00 to replace my liner and fix the bottom floor of my pool. The day after they finished at night I turned on the light in my pool and the entire floor looked like the surface of the moon. Divots and craters everywhere! I reached out to the company and they said they would come out to fix it and replace the liner in the spring of the following year. I sent them an email in March of 2018 per their request reminding them however, they didn't show up till September 10th. Then after they removed my liner the installer said that the company wants an additional $2000 in cash for him to finish the work and install the new liner! This company never told me I would be charged additional money especially for fixing what wasn't done correctly in the first place. I have no contract or anything in writing that I would owe any money so it was clear they were trying to extort money from me. Terrible job, shoddy work and measured wrong. Within one year my liner was coming loose And they're also gaps between the coping and beads or water was pouring in and getting behind. I've had three different pool companies come by and all have said that this was one of the worst installs they've ever seen. I have to get my pool drained and the liner reset by another company. Save yourself the trouble and do not go with them. Their prices are a little ridiculous too. read more

WARNING!!!!! Do not use this company. They will come and sell you a lot of BS on how they give you a lifetime warranty and will come back and take care of your needs but good luck with that. Been calling for 4 months now since i opened pool and my liner popped that i got installed last year and no one will return calls or come out to fix a 2 second job from what i've been told to fix a liner pop. They will tell you your next on the list but you will never see them. Go with a reputable company even if it costs you a little bit more cause its not worth the headache it will give you or the thousands of calls you will put into it. This company is unprofessional, does sloppy work, has awful customer service and at the current rate I highly doubt they will be in business much longer. Each comment below that I've read is exactly the same with my own experience. I called them because my pool liner is practically falling apart and it was installed less than a year ago. There are hundreds of wrinkles and areas where the liner is coming off. I notified them this through their "answering service" And finally after three attempts they got back to me with the same person calling me three different times thinking I was three different people. I told her about the issue and one of their "supervisors" sent me a "canned" copy and paste email that they send to everyone, wringing their hands and saying how the wrinkles are not their fault etc. etc. They gave a bunch of reasons for this however they did leave out sloppy workmanship as one of the reasons which any Internet search will tell you is usually the number one reason liners fail. Despite the fact that a full warranty was purchased with this they do not want to honor it.This company brings disgrace to all pool professionals and I am telling every person I know that owns a pool to never deal with these people. However I highly doubt that's going to be in issue because given their awful , They are nonexistent customer service and they are absolute sloppy disgraceful workmanship and reputation for failing, they will likely not be in business for a very long. read more
