The crew was SO hard working (~8:30 am till 7 pm!) and always cleaned up promptly each evening. Rick, the foreman for the job, was updating me daily and was very receptive to my questions. My porch sits on top of a cold cellar, so it was NOT an easy job. They replaced the entire decking it sat on, no longer will I need to worry about it caving in! The job did come in over estimate due to the added cost of replacing the porch decking, but it was completely worth it. A+ work in an A+ timeframe.

On top of that, I spent an additional entire weekend preparing everything for their arrival so the work could be completed as scheduled. Day of work was confirmed. At 8:00 a.m. on the morning they were supposed to arrive, they canceled the appointment. Not days in advance. Not even the night before. They waited until the morning of the scheduled appointment to inform me they wouldn't be coming. They followed up with 3 variable stories from being overbooked to an ER visit for reasons why they cancelled. I lost day of work, an entire weekend of preparation wasted, and absolutely nothing accomplished. Canceling an appointment at 8:00 a.m. might be convenient for them, but it's incredibly disrespectful to customers who have rearranged their lives and invested considerable time preparing. It's a complete lack of professionalism and total waste of my time. Take your business elsewhere. Find a company that values your time, honors its commitments, and understands that professionalism means more than simply putting a date on a calendar.
