My review is limited in scope to general impressions. I can't vouch for their auto repairs, since I've never used their services. The building and grounds appear generally clean and well maintained. They are conveniently located just off Route 10, but not so close to an intersection so as to make pulling in and out of there relatively painless. Their parking lot is also very roomy. Although the garage bays occupy most of the building, the small store offers a decent selection of drinks and snacks, even if the merchandise is crammed in there. While I didn't see an immediately-identified bathroom, I decided to give them four stars since they sell fuel 24 hours; have diesel; and are one of a dwindling number of gas stations that employ mechanics.

I bring it to my buddys shop and Johnsons had cross threaded the o2 sensor into the brand new cat. They also used pipe clamps to clamp a simple replaceable insulator to the subframe. I called Johnsons and no one answered. I left a message and no one ever called me back. I have brought many of my vehicles here but in the past few years this place has really gone down hill. The rear window would not work. I was quoted $725 to fix the issue. I was under the gun because I was selling the car within a few days. Next I was told it was the ABS module which it was NOT! I had to spend an additional $75 to another mechanic who bled the master cylinder and my brakes were up where they belonged. Not only did Bill at Mancini's $449 to repair my car which they did not but, when I went back to the station (Bill said any problems just come back) he misdiagnosed my car and broke the foot long piece that adjusts the seat and failed to tell me. Little did they know I had just got this 2024 car a month ago from a dealer and had a 90 day warranty. So I said wait no, let me call the dealer first and figure out if its covered in the warranty because according to him it was really bad 1/32nd and had days until it gave out. Now I was concerned and frustrated with the dealer, so I went to them and they stated that it was false and they lied to me and should've passed me. So I tried to get it resolved and returned to this shop and told them they checked and stated its good and should've passed. Bob insisted he will not pass me and stated I offered you a great deal and can work on your car now. I stated no, Im not paying for it, if I do no have to. So I went to the DMV inspection and had it challenged and they confirmed this shop did a wrongful inspection and it should've passed. They signed the paperwork and told me to return to them and they notified them that I was returning. I went back so they can update the system, pass my vehicle and provide a refund for the wrongful inspection, and they refused and the front desk woman Lauren became very verbally abusive, telling me she can cancel my appt and make me wait a month, yelling at me, throwing the F bombs, calling me a bitch and kicking me out the office, I felt very unsafe. (I also have a proof of the verbal abusive) I did not want to escalate this but I have no choice because this is NOT how you do business!
