Wow!! Where do I begin, I had placed an order through this company back in early April. Or at least I thought I did. An email was sent, with no less than two phone calls to confirm everything. After calling a few weeks later to inquire the status of the special order items that were going to take a couple weeks, we were informed and discovered that half of the order was never placed by David.
Once the second half of the order was finally submitted we sent an additional list of items, some specific sized duct boxes for plenums and returns. A picture was sent, with email dimensions and quantities. After three more days of back and forth, and multiple additional emails with quantities and sizes, they still ordered the wrong quantity of one return box size, and the wrong quantity of the second box with the dimensions incorrect. When this was pointed out to David, he told me, they misinterpreted, but because it was special order, I get to pay for their mistake. When questioned why the sizes and quantities were not confirmed by them prior to ordering, he stated they should have and would do that in the future, but that I am still responsible for the $250 worth of product I cant use, plus inconvenience of not having the right quantity of the one box they did finally get.
Needless to say, the entire sales process is broken, and their customer service doesn't exist!! BUYER BEWARE!! We will be closing this account and moving our ductwork and sheet metal work to Whole Sheet Metal!! I suggest you do the same, or be prepared for a lot of headache, wasted time and money!!!
