This location is packed with some of the best employees, ever! Everyone was so willing and eager to assist everyone who walks in the door. I came in today with a headache of an issue. I made a purchase on TikTok and was trying to make a return. I was only sent one QR label for tracking and needed two of them. Everyone there were very helpful, but there was an employee named Jules who upped the notch by going Above & Beyond. By hauling both of my heavy packages from out of the store and placing them in my trunk to taking them out of my trunk and placing them back in the store and then taking them back from the store and placing them into my trunk one final time. My indecisiveness on what I wanted to do did not bother her or frustrate her at all. I truly appreciate that because dealing with this was very frustrating to me and I think all of the employees could tell. I know there are other FedEx locations around town, but this will be my favorite to frequent from now on.
