The greens were in excellent shape--smooth, fast, and clearly well-maintained. The course overall was in great condition, with clean fairways and nicely manicured surroundings. You can tell the staff puts a lot of pride into keeping the place looking and playing great. We played the Hammerhead and Mako nines, and both offered a fun and unique layout with some great hole variety. It's pretty cool that Tiburon has 27 holes, which gives players some variety and keeps things interesting if you return for another round. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which always makes the day better. The pro shop really stood out to me--they had a surprisingly wide selection of merchandise, with sizes ranging from XS all the way up to 3X. The GPS-equipped carts were a nice touch, although ours seemed a little off and probably just needed a quick recalibration. Not a big deal, but something worth mentioning for future rounds. Overall, Tiburon is definitely worth checking out if you're in the Omaha area. Great conditions, friendly service, and a course that offers both challenge and fun.

We got there shortly after opening hours and got fairly good parking near the entrance. My favorite thing I ate was the bucket of cookies, so warm and yummy. In addition to the witches brew cider. I can't wait to go back! If I lived closer, I would definitely invest in a season pass here. Seems worth it in my opinion.

And thats just my lead up to the getting in. We left at 4pm and entered the patch at 535pm. I would NEVER ever make the mistake of arriving after 5pm again. Losing daylight, fighting crowds and lines, it becomes an extremely unenjoyable experience for the whole family. I made the grave mistake of purchasing a food passport for $45 during this evening visit. There is absolutely NO WAY to get all 5 stamps with 2 kids, and the lines before everything shuts down. I left with 3 punches left :( So, I will say this was a very negative experience, and I imagine anyone reading this would fault me for the poor planning and etc. But that's a shame that there seems to be a system only few can hack. I'd like to say I won't be returning, but I will. I will do things differently, and hope this review is hepful for anyone planning their visit this week or in any other year.

The hills and slopes make that virtually impossible. Lots of bunkers, winding fairways, water on several holes, and plenty of trees. So yes, it is very challenging. The best thing about this course is the course layout. This is where the fun comes in. Most holes are fair and there aren't any two alike.
