Something had flipped the house over to generator mode and the pump wanted electricity from the generator not the house. Don was out of there in less than 30 minutes, and that is why you hire a professional. Don was also really cool in explaining the system to me and what he was doing. Rob, the owner, showed up, bid the job to my new GC, was forthcoming about when he could start and what the costs would be. He was no nonsense, good for his word. He came across many issues with what the previous contractor had done, but he also came to me with solutions and the means to fix them.
