He put in a drain pipe connected to my downspout and a drain box on the other side of my screen door both connected to a drain pipe that led to a bubbler about twenty feet away. He assured me that this would take care of my drainage issues, or he would come back and fix it. When the work was completed I paid him in full and when it rained later that day, and ever since, the flooding around my door and onto my patio continued. It took him two weeks to come back and look at the problem and he has not returned my calls since. So I am out $625 and still have the flooding issue. I do not recommend him any longer.

I would have to say that some of these heads were put in pretty sloppy and are now not functioning properly. Also my timer was never fixed. I have to say that I am pretty disapointed and will be calling another company to make the newded repairs.

This is my review on Feb 11 2024: I asked Big 3 Lawn Care to provide me an estimate to replace my front sod which had died from fungus. The existing St Augustine grass was dead from fungus and was never coming back to life. The price they quote me was very good and I hired them to do the job. Big 3 Lawn Care did a fabulous, a very nea, a fantastic job! I'm extremely happy! After they removed and installed the new St Augustine sod it looks perfect. My front lawn went from dead to beautiful! Big 3 Lawn Care workers did a great job! I'm glad I decided not to tackle this job as I had planned to do. Steadfast informed us the technician was on his way, which was appreciated. He tested the sprinklers and marked those with issues and then gave us an estimate for the work. The technician worked late and when finished, explained the control box and shut off for the water. The technician did all that was needed to renew our sprinkler system. We are very impressed with Steadfast Irrigation and Lawn and their technician. We will call them, when needed in the future.

Here's why we're giving a 1-star: 1st - They mis-diagnosed as an electrical problem, causing us to hire an electrician ($150). 2nd - They then mis-diagnosed as a bad controller, replaced with a new one, and threw away the old one ($350) 3rd - They replaced the pump with a "rebuilt" one, which the tech said they just removed from another install. After I tried to negotiate . They Refunded the Electrician fee, but would not budge on the $350 timer (which is only $100 for identical at Home Depot). They charged $350 for the old pump as well. My dad sends him monthly checks every beginning of the month as a courtesy and convenience as opposed to being billed after the job. Mr. Ramos would cash the checks, but not schedule any maintenance. He doesn't reply to calls and text messages either, nor request for refund for non services rendered. We even added extra $ as a X-mas bonus, but that went unappreciated. Not very professional and I feel robbed.
