Steadfast answered the phone and explained their fee and set us up with an appointment. Their office staff is excellent. Steadfast informed us the technician was on his way, which was appreciated. He tested the sprinklers and marked those with issues and then gave us an estimate for the work. The technician worked late and when finished, explained the control box and shut off for the water. The technician did all that was needed to renew our sprinkler system. We are very impressed with Steadfast Irrigation and Lawn and their technician. My husband and I always try to use a family owned business so we called steadfast irrigation . Service rep came out and my husband actually had to help him figure out what part of the problem seem to be that our irrigation did not come on at the designated time one morning . Before his time was up he left few things undone and suggested that possibly my husband would be able to do the repair because he seem to be able to fix things on his own after figuring out how to do so. He left after charging us a fee and told us all systems were working Two days later our irrigation did not come on. The technician came Came back again because Irrigation did not go off when it was supposed to and find more things wrong and set it up and the next day when it was supposed to go off it did not go off again so we called and had to argue with the lady because she told us he said not to do something when in fact that was not the case anyway to make a long story short save yourself some trouble and do not hire this company read more

First Steadfast gave me a 3-hour window when scheduling the appointment, then I was contacted today when they were 15 minutes out. Justin arrived and turned on the sprinkler system. I thought I would have to have my yard rezoned because of too many sprinkler heads in one zone. However, After a few minutes he knocked on the door and said he thought he found what the problem was. Apparently two PVC pipes had broken under the turf. I also had a sprinkler head that did not turn. He fix the pipe and replaced the sprinkler head and was done in good time And a good value.
