Here's why we're giving a 1-star: 1st - They mis-diagnosed as an electrical problem, causing us to hire an electrician ($150). 2nd - They then mis-diagnosed as a bad controller, replaced with a new one, and threw away the old one ($350) 3rd - They replaced the pump with a "rebuilt" one, which the tech said they just removed from another install. After I tried to negotiate . They Refunded the Electrician fee, but would not budge on the $350 timer (which is only $100 for identical at Home Depot). They charged $350 for the old pump as well. They treated our date palms for whitefly infestation until a time when the whitefly issue diminished to a level where we no longer needed the service. Today, Mallory (who was the one who previously treated our palms) was at our neighbor's house when she noticed one of our sprinker heads gushing like Old Faithful. I was aware of the problem, and was in the process of taking care of the issue (having ordered a cap for the sprinkler from Amazon) when I received a call from her. She left a message on voicemail stating that she had taken care of the problem. I want to thank her very much for going above and beyond.
