I texted her to explain why our monthly premium increased. She replied back referring to our 2001 Honda Odyssey. We texted back and forth because I have to let her know that we no longer have that car. She then realized that she's supposed to be referring to our 2002 Honda Civic and not our 2001 Odyssey. She said it was a typo error. Luigi never asked for an apology. In addition, one of her staff named Katie had an attitude during my last encounter with her. Katie was rude and sarcastic. She lack good customer service. I will leave this State Farm agency soon. They have horrible customer service.
