My home's roof is fairly new and has no missing shingles. I responded to this false claim, requesting that they look into their error. Instead, I was asked for proof of the roof's condition. The burden of proof is not on me. Travelers was more than welcome to come inspect my roof and determine why such an outrageous and clearly false claim was made, but they did not.
