I was assigned this company through AHS (home warranty company) to have my toilet and shower faucets addressed - both were leaking. Josh efficiently identified that I needed 2 new parts, he replaced them, and my leaks are fixed. Throughout the process Josh was very personable and explained what he was doing and why. AHS does not pay for caulk replacement (the caulk at the base of my toilet had to be removed to replace the wax ring) but Josh explained to me how to do it and which products to try.
