The first time we had a leak, they were able to come out the next day and fix it. It took just a few hours and they even had someone they knew patch up the dry wall for me. The other time, they fixed our toilet and this time that I called, they were able to come out within 20 minutes! Thankfully, we didn't have a leak this time. Mario is always nice, knows what he is doing, and is always considerate to wear shoe coverings (despite my house being a mess). The person who schedules the appts is also very nice. 5 Stars | Exceptional Service from Thomas!…read more I cannot say enough great things about Thomas from All-City Plumbing! Don't let his youthful appearance fool you, this young man REALLY knows his stuff! His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were impressive from start to finish. Thomas took the time to explain everything thoroughly, walking us through the entire process and actually showing us what he was doing along the way. What stood out to me the most, however, was his patience and kindness toward my mother. My mom is older, so I was there to help catch all the technical explanations and break things down for her. But Thomas went above and beyond! He took his time, never made her feel rushed or confused, and explained everything in a way that she could comfortably understand. He spoke to her with such kindness and respect, and that meant more to me than he probably realizes. It's one thing to be knowledgeable in your profession, but it's another to have the patience, compassion, and people skills to match. Thomas has ALL of those qualities! All-City Plumbing has definitely earned our trust and future business. We will absolutely be using this company again, and you better believe we'll be requesting Thomas by name! Thank you, Thomas, for not only doing your job well but for treating your customers like people who genuinely matter. That kind of service deserves recognition!

He took the time to carefully look around and figure out what was causing the problem instead of rushing through the job. I had contacted other companies before, but it was sometimes difficult to understand their explanations, and I didn't feel like I was getting clear answers. Johnny was completely different. He explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood what the problem was and what my options were. I also really appreciated that he explained the cost upfront and let me know about things I wasn't aware of before starting the work. There were no surprises, and I felt comfortable knowing exactly what was being done and how much it would cost. Johnny was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. I'm very thankful for his help and the way he treated me with kindness and respect. I would definitely recommend Johnny and All City Plumbing & Air to anyone who needs plumbing or air conditioning service.
