When the other woman came upstairs, we asked her what fabric a shirt was made out of and she said, " I don't know; check the tag." Additionally, we were told we could not try anything on, but when we walked out, some other woman was actively trying on several different outfits. I'm not sure if it's because we looked like we weren't buying or if there was some other reason, but it was completely unprofessional and discourteous. Even though it was 70% off and lots of inventory, I would not recommend this store and am disgusted at the abysmal service.

They were kind, patient, offered up advice/recommendations, were happy to assist us in trying on jewelry from the cases and were not pushy at all. We all tried on so much jewelry and I tried several pairs of earrings that I'm (still) undecided about and the sales girls just went out of their way to find other colors/styles for me without any hesitation or attitude. Not only did she pick up a pair of earrings from their Southampton location and drive them to East Hampton for me, but was in communication with me every step of the way. She was professional, personable and reliable. It was a real pleasure working with a sales associate that has a genuine passion for what she does. Unfortunately, to no fault of her own, the cuff earrings did not fit me as they should but that didn't stop her! Although I was given the option of returning the earrings for a refund, Gianna knew how much I loved them and instead, is working closely with their production team in NYC to resize them for a perfect fit! Being a business owner myself, I know the importance of having the right sales associates representing your company and product, and Gianna and her team go over and beyond to make sure your experience is something worth sharing. The racks are organized by size. There are a few fitting rooms and one large pedestal/mirror area. The customer service was top-notch, helping to hold and carry dresses and organizing the wait for the fitting rooms. When we arrived, the store was packed with several families doing the same thing that we were. The staff was calm and was able to organize everyone while not making anyone feel rushed or impatient. They paid equal amounts of attention to each girl trying on dresses, making everyone feel special. One of the ladies who helped us is also a designer, who makes some of the dresses that are available in the store. It seems they also handle all fittings and alternations, and many items like the color of little flowers, pearls and crystals and other embellishments can be customized.

Ultimately I would return since I like being able to see items in person instead of buying online. But I really recommend sticking to appointment times or making the rooms first come, first serve.
