The prices are what you'd expect in the hamptons, but honestly after shopping in stores like Louis Vuitton and Chanel these prices seemed more reasonable, though dresses are going to run you at least a few hundred bucks. I was hoping for a sale rack but didn't find any. The store owner here was friendly and chatting away with what I'm assuming were some local regulars while my friend and I looked through the racks. Not a bad stop if you're in the area doing some shopping, especially if you like flowy dresses!

The woman working there was so kind and helpful and was laughing and joking around with us. They reversed the charge and charged me again for the correct amount. However, partially because the store made a mistake in reversing the charge, and partially because of a bank error, I spent THREE DAYS getting my refund - ugh! To top it off, the east hampton store didn't have the cover in stock, so they said it would be sent in from NYC in no more than 2 days. I called three days later only to find out that the employee never gave my name to the NYC store, so the item was taken off hold and was never sent to east hampton. When I asked how they intended to rectify the situation, being that it was the third or fourth problem I was having with ONE TRANSACTION, their big offer was to not charge me for overnight shipping, so that it would arrive 2 days late instead of 4 days late. They have not met my expectations, so despite the beautiful product, I will have a very hard time recommending them to other people.
