Not to mention I'm 6 months pregnant so I had to grab on to my husband all night so I wouldn't fall. How embarrassing! These boots are barely warn, no scuffs, heels in great condition. I brought them back to mk today- they told me shoes weren't under warranty, ( I don't care, these are practically brand new they broke) the man working told me to pay a shoe maker to 'fix' them. I just paid $300 for them, now I have to find and pay a shoe maker? This store is a joke! Customer service was awful, the products don't hold up and clearly they don't stand behind them. Huge thumbs down!

I have just got the watch two days ago and that they couldn't give me my money back because the manager wasn't there. When I asked for the district manager they didn't give me a name. So I waited one week until their manager came back from vacation and she told me that they couldn't have sold me this watch and I swear that's how I got it.... And that they can't give me money back .. And they didn't even question the employee who sold it to us like that so I just put aside my pride and switched the watch DON'T SHOP THERE they look at you like your dirt. I work in customer service if I ever did what they did I would have lost my job. And now anyone who asks me I would never recommend going there!

We enter the store with mini pretzels and start walking towards the escalator to go down to the main level and a lady, whom i assume is a manager, eyes me and starts "discreetly" following us all across the store. As me and my sister approached the escalator she sees that they have a Toys R Us section and wanted to get a picture with the giraffe. So she sits down and asks me to sit down too and I do so that we can take a selfie. As i am handing my sister the pretzels so I can grab my phone to take the photo, the same manager lady comes up to us and says, " Girls this really isn't the place to sit and eat." , in an angry tone. She was very rude and stood in the area until me and my little sister got up and left. All we wanted to do was get a photo with the Toys R Us, giraffe on the bench, then leave. Don't put a bench in your store if you don't want people to actually use it for its function. Would not recommend this Macy's as the staff can be very rude.

Many people were shopping for jackets, hoodies and Fall wear. Not sure if school is out today. Many kids were in the store today with their parents. Today, I didn't get anything for myself. I got my son a jacket and a hoodie for his birthday and my husband a hoodie and t-shirts. They had a decent sale, just not what I was looking for. I did find a Coach purse that I liked, but it didn't come in black. If I had to do it all over again, I would take my time and shop for me on the first floor and not go on the second floor with my son in the Men's section. He was looking for all type of Nike hoodies, but seem like him and my husband has every color. They got a North Face Hoodie and my son got a Tommy Hilfiger down jacket.

Most of my interactions with the staff have been characterized by haughty attitudes and rudeness on their behalf. I have never asked for much beyond whether I could use the dressing room and still have been treated with disregard and most recently, with disrespect. On my last visit, I was being let into the dressing area and was asked if I was a cardholder. I told the salesperson I was. She told me I could get a 40% discount with my card. When I exited the dressing room to purchase my items I was asked again if I was a card holder by the same salesperson. I said I was. She then asked me if I was a recent and current cardholder. I told her I was. She furrowed her brow and asked if I was sure, and if she should "look me up." I told her I was and asked why she had asked me so many times. She walked away and disappeared into the dressing room area. I pulled my card out and headed to the counter to pay for my purchase. Another employee rang up my total and told me that the cardholder discount did not apply when I asked about the discount. I asked for an explanation and did not get one. The salesperson placed my items in the bag and, though I had my hand outstretched to take it from her, decided to toss it toward me on the counter. She did not look me in the eye during our entire interaction and walked off without a thanks or salutation. As I said earlier, I have never had many interactions with the staff when I am there and have never been rude or unkind. I have always had to ask for help instead of the staff asking to help me. I am a local professional, but I am also an Indigenous person and feel as if my appearance may have played a part my interactions with them. I honestly cannot think of any other reason as I have seen different treatment afforded for other customers when I have been there. Needless to say, I will not be back and am sure to spread the word. I do not think their attitudes or actions reflect the best sales practices or the reality of their brand, at all. They have elitist attitudes and are merely a lower, mid-level, retail chain. A smile and some kindness toward those of us who appear to be "other" could only help.

So you go in an hour early as told, and there are 3 families ahead of you with only one person working, if you book an appointment expect to wait for at least an hour. They will repeatedly tell you they are almost done with the people ahead of you but its a lie. It takes an hour for each family. Which it should but they tell you to come early, and if you tell them on the phone you can't come early then what you booked, don't be surprised if they cancel and tell you to book some other day. It was never like this, they don't understand kids will not wait an hour all dressed up. I have waited for 2 hours before and the photography was rude and not good with kids. This place used to be fun for the kids to go to, now its awful photos and a horrible experience. I gave it 3 chances and it keeps getting worse. I will find some other place to get my photos done. The prices are way too high for headaches you have to go through

After showing the stylist and I use that term loosely as she should not be doing color, two photos of the color I was looking for she says she is going to do two colors and a toner so ok since the photo had about three different shades of blonde I agreed and she quoted $200 .that's what I pay for full foil highlights that are dimensional and some balyage with toner. What she did was put bleach on my scalp (roots) after rinsing she had bleached the roots yellow/white and she said no worries I'm doing the toner now Well the toner didn't work and she used another toner and I was still left with a streak of whitish yellow roots. I asked to speak to the manager who said well let's do another toner but after being there for 3 hours I said no that's enough the woman doesn't know what she's doing and should not be doing color. She was too lazy to do foil highlights which any reputable salon would have done as I had it done many times but wanted the same amount of money as foils.I don't know what's going on at that salon but avoid Young she shouldn't be doing color. It cost me $300 to get everything fixed and get my roots deep conditioned as she damaged them with bleach and my scalp was pink and itchy for days. I am contacting an attorney to get back the cost of fixing that mess along with the emotional distress it caused me. .

My minor child, who is employed at another department store within the mall, was harassed, confronted, and illegally recorded by this Gap Factory employee while Ms. Sherman was actively working her shift. This interaction was completely unprovoked and inappropriate. Due to the severity of the incident, Holyoke Police were called and official reports have been filed. The encounter was extremely traumatizing for my child. As a parent, I am deeply troubled that this type of conduct occurred in a professional retail environment and was carried out by an employee representing your company. It is especially concerning given that this employee has a child of similar age, yet demonstrated a complete disregard for the emotional and legal implications of her actions. Charges will be pursued, and this matter is being taken very seriously. I am requesting that Gap Factory conduct an immediate internal investigation and take appropriate corrective action. No minor -- employee or customer -- should be subjected to harassment or illegal recording while in a public retail space. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the steps your company intends to take.

There were some other stores I came across that I don't find in my home mall, which stinks to some extent. The variety is on its "A" game.
