Typically she sends out a coupon once a year for your birthday which entitles you to one item at 20% off, since I didn't receive it last month, I asked if she discontinued her tradition. She said she still does it, and that I should have gotten one. I didn't. Her employee said "See, another person, like I wasn't the first, and added that she too hadn't received one. Not a big deal, but she turned it into one. I asked if she would be willing to still honor it, since mine never came. She said yes. I proceeded to check out with a pricey shirt. $150.00, so 20% would have knocked off $30. I also was using a $100 gift certificate a friend had purchased from her for a bd gift for me. Because I was using the certificate, she said I couldn't use the coupon, because she wasn't selling her last Italian shirt for $20, and I could use it next time. Huh ? She wasn't selling it for $20. My girlfriend had paid her $100 and I was giving her $20, so she was getting $120.00 for it, but she carried on, and I really got to see who I have been supporting for so many years. Beyond that, she was telling fabricated stories, and really made herself look bad. I will not recommend her shop to anyone, nor will I go there again. This is not how you treat repeat customers, or any customers for that matter.

So I go straight to the clearance section (per usual) and see 2 different sections of shorts with a "take an extra 60% off" sign DIRECTLY ABOVE THEM. I found 3 pairs that I loved in those sections. After all the buttoning and unzipping I find out that not ONE PAIR of my shorts is on clearance. A huge waste of my time and a huge knock down on my confidence. I always end up disappointed.
