I come to this location quite often as most people do & spend a good amount of money here. I have been a bath and body works customer for little over a decade, since I was a teenager. However it seems that more times than one I can never seem to find what I am looking for. It's always out of stock or discontinued. I look on the website always prior to arrival but even that seems to be misleading & associates say that their website isn't even accurate so how is one supposed to get their favorite products? I have been told to check other locations countless times and even they don't have the product I am looking for. For something as simple as a black sanitizer holder that was also impossible to locate . I honestly am at a loss & unhappy with their availability of product for customers. read more

Earlier today I came here after I went to Macy's in the same mall. I love Pink Velvet Cupcake, so I got some more of that fragrance and lotion. I also got Marshmallow Pumpkin and Winterberry Wonder. Winterberry Wonder is my favorite though. All of them contain Shea butter with vitamin e and leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean when I use the shower gel and lotion. The spray leaves a fresh scent that lingers on during the day. I also purchased a pumpkin pecans waffles scented candle. I just recently started purchasing the candles. I was never a candle person. But, once I started walking by them in the store, I loved a lot of their fragrances, so I got a lot a few months ago when I was living in Pembroke Pines, Florida. If I had to do it all over again, I would keep the same fragrances I chose and for one more candle. Fall is my favorite season, so I would select another scent. I'll be back soon to this location or another one. There are really friendly staff and I love how this location have two sides. Winter Barn Candle which is owned by Bath and Body Works is where I went to select the candle I purchased. It has many candles to select from. You won't walk out without one. They are smell great. Also, many fragrances are 50% off on lotions, sprays and shower gel. Also the candles are 50% off and the hand wash is $3 too. I didn't purchase any hand wash today, but I saved $80 total today on my purchase. read more

I have been a fan for years. They have so many wonderful scents and products for self, home, etc. I'm a huge fan of their candles and have always bought multiples each season. What's come into my consciousness recently, has caused me to question further purchases. are the candles toxic? I don't typically buy into this, old school, roll my eyes a lot about these types of "concerns" until my roommate has commented several times about how they disturb his ability to breathe without choking. After, barely any research, all signs seem to point to "very likely" and sadly, most of the brands I've loved over the years, seem to be of concern. I need to do more research and maybe you should too? I went to this location on friday afternoon. Eddie (apologies if wrong spelling?) was a HUGE help. He knew every candle he had available, knew what scents they incorporated, and was a huge help directing me to new scents that were in the same type of scents as what I normally go to. For example, I told him I love fresh apple scents, because it smells like my apple trees at home, and he pointed me towards a candle that smelled EXACTLY like the apples on my trees. They've always got the best sales! Today they had a buy 3 get 3 free sale. The best part? Not only did they take the free lotion coupon, but they took the 20% off the entire purchase coupon! Today, and in the past, I was helped by Marisol. She. Is. Awesome! She helped me pick out gifts and even kept my toddler (is 4yo still toddler?) busy while I picked out a gift for her. She was really great, especially since I literally ONLY went in for the free lotion. Got me buyin all kinds of stuff lol. She needs a raise. Yesterday while at the Holyoke Mall we decided to stop in at this Bath & Body Works to look for some hand sanitizers as well as soap. The store itself is well stocked with a ton of new items and we were happy to see that they had a lot of different goods on sale and in their clearance section. The staff here was polite and they were able to walk the fine line between being intrusive and not being available. They were supportive when needed but allowed time to look around the store without feeling pressured. In the end, we loved shopping here and just wished our budget allowed for us to spend more money on their products. The quality is great but the price is a bit high. read more

Cashier was rude. Sales display was not clear. Customer service rep was on her phone and we felt like we were bothering her while asking questions. There was no one clarifying the products, which ones are on sale, which ones are not. Cashier was short and did not make any attempt to validate and explain the sales so we can take advantage of them. On a business standpoint t that would have been a great opportunity to upsell/cross sell other products. Was going to get more items but decided to leave. Most B&B's have decent customer service this one is no different. I will say that the girls on the floor can be very overzealous but I think they are forced to. Overall I like the store I tend to shop in this one over the Eastfield Mall location. read more
