They don't have a system in place to keep the customer apprised of status. Lack of knowing status of order for extended, unknown, period of time is so difficult for customer. Store will clumsily provide status if, by some miracle, someone picks up the phone on their end. There is no system in place for that either. Voice-mailbox full, emails unanswered. Their candles may be a nice product but this does not excuse poor business model with online customer relations. Don't sell online if lack of resources or business model in place to support that!

We visited during their "Christmas in July" event, so Santa was there, which the kids loved.
