I then cut back in front of him and looked back at him. He engaged in yelled at me and threatening me. I being a small young female and him being a large man double my size who acted like he was from the streets, no one blinked an eye. Not a problem with the store but the employees. The Holyoke Mall had two Lids stores which is great. I ended up stopping at the larger store which has not only an amazing selection, but also has custom made hats. The last time I came in I made a hat for a special event and the end result was incredible. This time I was able to find some nice chauffer hats to match our future tuxedos. The staff here is always polite and willing to help you find the right item. Overall, I have shopped at other Lids locations in the past, but the team here obviously loves hats and they show it with the amazing service they give each customer. This will continue to be my go-to hat store.

They didn't have them, BUT the staff and management there bent over backwards to find the exact pair of sneakers I was talking about. They were pulling out catalogs, making phone calls, pulling up things on their crazy Foot Locker computer...it was quite a scene. They finally tracked down the model I wanted and found a store in Illinois that had the size I needed. They shipped them out to me and I got them just before the 25th. YOU SAVED CHRISTMAS FOOT LOCKER!

We visited this location for the second time this season. Both times CJ helped us. We felt well…read moretaken care of and left with no questions unanswered. His knowledge of hockey is great! He works with people well and even during busy times gives people the time they deserve and need. After our first time there and the amazing help we had received from CJ we hoped he would be working again today. We were in luck! He took great care of my son from buying a new helmet, looking at sticks, and purchasing new skates today. Wile this location is more than an hour from us we feel it's well worth the time. We have been greeted and helped all the employees have been kind and helpful. We greatly appreciated CJs want to explain everything so that we could understand and felt we were making the best investment for our child.
