Always enjoy a good shop at a Marshalls. Didn't really plan on coming here today but poked my head in and came out with some new cloths and some work snacks for the week. Last night, a few minutes before the store close, i had lost my phone in the store, i thought it was in the shopping cart, but come to find out it wasn't. The lovely assistant manager, Mary had helped me look for it. By the time the store closed, i didn't find it. But she said she will look for it. A few minutes before i got home, she had called me and had let me know she found my phone. I appreciate her and others that had helped look for it. 5 Stars. read more

Wrote this on google reviews but had to bring it over to yelp so people know that the management and other co workers at this establishment treat my friend who works here horribly I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior displayed by the marshals at this establishment. It is disheartening to witness the mistreatment and bullying of employees, one of whom happens to be my close friend. Such actions not only create a toxic work environment but also reflect poorly on the organization as a whole. They seem to derive pleasure from exerting their authority and power over vulnerable employees, using intimidation tactics and belittling remarks to maintain control.It is evident that they lack the basic understanding of respect, empathy, and effective communication required in a professional setting. This is hands down the best Marshall's in the CT, RI, MA area. I've been to them all (literally) and this is literally the best. I have never seen them out of something, they always have excellent pricing, and I've never had a bad experience here. My friends and I have dubbed it "the magic Marshall's" because you can walk in and find something every time guaranteed, even if you're just there to browse. For as long as I live in the area, I'll shop here. read more

I love this store you can always find something good. I feel like Marshall's, T.J.Maxx and Homegoods all go through their seasons, but I was looking for stuff to go hiking, and I did. I feel like if you don't find something here you're just not looking. I usually have to convince myself I don't need things. This store is well spaced out, so that's nice! The parking lot and lines can be a zoo sometimes so plan accordingly! I only rated it a 4 because it goes through phases and the lines can be horrendous. read more

This Marshall's is the nicest. The associates question so friendly and helpful. The store is really clean. They offer disenfected carriages and PPE when you enter. I needed help w a purchase of a decorative chair and it was done really fast and easy. I have purchased other pieces of furniture and love all, usually one of a kind. I was able to find shoes for my granddaughters and myself for great prices. It was a great experience and will be going back soon. read more

There honestly isn't a more politically motivated store that I've been to since the pandemic began than this Marshalls. Right when you walk in, their security (I call them this rather than greeters because their attitude reflects this) makes you feel unwelcome. One time when I went to walk in they refused to let me in until they felt "comfortable" doing so, and it wasn't like I was less than six feet away from anyone. Another time they made me mask up AFTER fully vaccinated people could go without wearing a mask. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because they always seem to have what I'm looking for every time I'm there. But boy do they make their customers feel uncomfortable shopping there. read more

I've been to Marshall's throughout the area, but I must say the Enfield store is the best of all! Whoever does their displays is an artistic genius and the merchandise is artfully displayed and always looks beautiful. The store is always immaculate and their merchandise is great. And when I see store as well-run as this, it indicates to me that the manager is exceptional to have not only a beautiful store, but a wonderful, helpful staff. read more

This has to be the biggest and nicest Marshalls I've been to. After shopping at the Springfield store and coming here I was immediately struck by the size of the store. Everything seemed clean and well organized. They have more upper end brand names than other Marshalls. It was actually a store and not just a collection of weird junk like most TJX stores. read more

Store was clean and found what I wanted, but no one around for help and the cashier had zero customer service skills.....she didn't even greet me at the counter. I had bought a lot of very breakable items and she was t even going to wrap them! I had to ask twice for her to properly wrap the glasses and my vase. The other cashiers seemed chatty and nice..... If I'm going to spend a couple hundred dollars the least you can do is say hi! read more

While trying shoes on I felt really pressured by staff to buy them . I wasn't in love with the boots but they insisted I get them because of "how darling" they look. I enjoy the Marshalls company but I always feel as if they are too pushy for you to buy at this particular store. read more

Lots of people in line. My cashier very friendly and efficient. Disappointed when another store employee stepped in to help only one customer at a register. Even with a longer line being created she still choose to close only to gather three carriages back to front entrance. In my opinion this was a true display of poor judgement of priorities and terrible customer service!! read more

This Marshalls is neat, with a good selection of merchandise. However the teens that work there were complaining at every department area I went to. While I shopped in shoes, a employee was on a rampage about another teens life at the dressing room. The I went to dresses, accessories, lingerie, and she was complaining to another teen male. When I went to check out Karen the Manager (yes I saw your Manager tag) was there talking to yet another braced male kid and the 2 or was it 3 pieced eared complaining girl. Never did I get a hello, a smile, from the cashier or the 3 of them behind check out number 1. I politely asked the cashier, "How is your day?" Okay, maybe Marshalls is a discount store, yes I get that. But the I don't want to be their personalities and customer service left me writing this. Yes, and it's been quite a long time since I have yelped. I don't like to be ignored, treated like you want me out, and it really stinks for kids to have jobs in this economy that are complaining so loud customers leave with the urge to go home and yelp this. read more

This Marshalls is the absolute best store I have ever shopped at and trust me I shop a lot! Every time I go into this Marshalls, I feel like I'm in heaven! They are constantly getting new merchandise that is substantially discounted and always top fashion. I am impressed with all of the staff members I have encountered along the way and the manager is very friendly and always says hello! Today, I was blown away by the service I received. I was in the store yesterday and saw a jacket I absolutely loved, but was in a hurry and left without buying it. This morning I called the store and the associate that answered was very sweet and told me the store didn't open until 9:30 AM, but said let me check if I can find someone in that department to look for your jacket. I was shocked that she was going above and beyond for me before the store was even open. Once I was transferred to an associate, she was also absolutely amazing! She found my jacket and even went crazy looking for a pair of boots that I wanted. All I can say is that this store is wonderful and I will always remain a dedicated shopper here!
