Upon entering the store it's very easy to find what your looking for, with the exception of holidays the store is usually pretty clean and put together. The employees are always happy to help you locate something, they are very friendly. Even around the holidays when retail can get stressful. The fitting rooms are self-serve and the doors are always unlocked unless someone is in them, which is a huge plus. However, I have a few gripes. The first one is that there's always these massive long lines even if the store itself isn't busy. It's stressful on the customer and the cashier. It doesn't work out both ways. What really irritates me is them pushing the Kohl's credit card, I know it's their job to push them, but they get distracted and almost always forget to remove the security tags on my merchandise. If I'm lucky it'll cause the sensors to beep when I exit the store so I can go right back and have it removed, but it doesn't always happen. Sometimes I'll remember to check if they're removed, but I feel it isn't my job to do so. Then I get home ready to put the clothing I purchased away to see the security tag in tact, so I have to drive ALL the way back and wait in another line at the service desk to have it removed. This has happened more than 6 times and I've been shopping here for years. Aside from that, you really do save money here. The Kohls cash and coupons on top of merchandise already on sale, I don't think I've ever paid full price for anything here. I also really like the Apt 9 bath towels, they are a decent size, soft, long lasting, and the prices are good, even at regular price. They also have good prices on uniform clothing. This is definitely the best Kohls in a 25 mile radius. So I will keep coming.

Whether it's a great deal on skincare, a random kitchen gadget I didn't know I needed, or a designer piece for a fraction of the price, it feels like a little treasure hunt every time I go. The store near me is usually well-organized (at least by TJ Maxx standards!), and the staff are friendly and helpful when I need them. I especially like browsing the home goods section, it's a goldmine for candles, throw pillows, and quirky little decor items. I will say, you have to be in the mood to dig a bit. It's not a place where everything's laid out perfectly, but that's part of the charm. I've found some of my favorite outfits and gifts there, all without breaking the bank. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want to shop but don't want to spend a fortune.

Instead of trying to help me, he insisted there was absolutely nothing that can happen and i lost my money, so i asked for him to call a higher up manager, he proceeded to phone police without warning to remove me. he used an excuse that he needed to watch the front when there was already somebody watching. what a horrible place with a miserable manager.

The store was very clean and well stocked. I will say that they definitely had mostly toys and gifts, which is super smart based on the season.
