Rather than helping to resolve our issue, the manager escalated the situation with a rude and dismissive tone, making us feel like we were an inconvenience instead of valued customers. There was zero effort to listen or show basic respect. It was shocking and honestly embarrassing, especially considering we were calm and polite the entire time. The rest of the staff seemed fine, but it's hard to feel comfortable shopping somewhere when leadership treats people like they're a problem. We left without making our purchase -- and we won't be back. Dick's, if you're reading this: your team is only as strong as your leadership. We expected better.

Holabird customer service which is normally great, is not standing buy its customers. It has a…read moremisleading website, with respect to a new racquet purchase, and did not listen to me (the customer). I had purchased a racquet not knowing it's the prior 3 year old model. Their website is not clearly labeled for the version of the racquet shown and is misguiding people. When you click through their menu items to display the racquets by brand, the OLD generation racquets are shown, not clearly labeled as such and nowhere on that list is the new generation shown. They don't feel its misleading, not listening to the customer so they will not provide a full credit for the racquet with stringing. They discount the refund by the cost of the string and $9 for the racquet.

This is a combination Patagonia outlet and regular shop that also holds sample sales and local events like lectures and yoga classes. There is metered street parking available right by the entrance or you can try to find free street parking a block over and walk. This is apparently the largest Patagonia store on the East Coast and they even have their own Baltimore patch! They have sales on top of their outlet prices as well but just keep an eye on what they serial is actually on sale such as fleeces instead of the entire store being on additional sale. I came by for a yoga class on a Sunday morning (bring your own mat!). This was hosted by Andrea and attendance was about 15 people and was a very pleasant peaceful start to the morning! I wish I had known about the community yoga before as I would have been coming for ages.
