The Po'Boy Shop in Decatur does exactly that. I had visited before and tried a few different po'boys to go, and they were great, but this time I decided to stay and watch the Saints game. The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for--Saints fans, good energy, football on the TVs, New Orleans food, and a crowd that was actually invested in the game. It felt like a legitimate gathering spot for the Who Dat Nation rather than simply a restaurant that happens to show football. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the restaurant was clean and comfortable, and once again, the po'boys delivered. It's hard to beat watching the Saints with other fans while eating a good New Orleans-style po'boy hundreds of miles away from Louisiana. I was stunned. I spoke with management, with customer service, and explained that I purchased this meat the evening prior. Very recently. I also just wanted the meat refunded, and was even considering getting it swapped. They refused to discuss any option, they yelled, and they even blamed my husband and me for the problem!!? This is a terrible way to do business. I'm so disappointed and frustrated. I cannot believe they think it is appropriate to run a business this way. Still stunned.
