Look no further, you just found the people you are looking for!!…read more A Very professional , friendly, and know what they are doing. The quality of work, we were super impress. I do ALOT of research before I do certain things, and even more so on this big of a project affecting our home. .. ok, ok, I do research pretty much anything and everything, food, entertainment, travel, etc... lol Anyways, so I did my research on "Davis Roofing", and met with 5 other roofing companies, so ya not only did i pick well rated roofing companies 4 and up, i called them, and got quotes from 5 companies. The first guy gave us a great $ Price $ quote, sadly he was not insured (um, huge red flag to me, anything to happen we would be at fault, or a grey area, and I dont need to deal with a grey area , someone getting hurt, and or lawsuits if it came to it. The other guys $ price $ ranged was close , just a few thousand dollars apart ish. But a few thousand is a few thousand, We are a budget family, only have one provider, my wife, I am on full Disability, so I try to help her with any thing I can, sometimes it hard due to my chronic pain, really takes it out of it, but she is Amazing.. ANYWAYS, back to this ROOF. lol "Davis Roofing", It came down to what ive researched , I narrowed it to 2 companies, "Davis Roofing" . I am very grateful that they took those massive boards/beams out, since they were really warp, so they replaced them, looks great like nothing happened or wasnt repaired. No charge , it was in our quote , so Im guessing they do that for all there customers, and part of there bussiness model , which is awsome and doesnt throw a wrench into the operation of the roof, and extra fees that is already expsive enough, lol... They really want to earn your business. And trust me they go the extra Mile for you. I could go on about there company and met with the owner, nice guy.. If this review or any have helped you, tell them YELP sent you... they will really appreciate it.. The pic with the gap in the boards , was the boards that were warped really bad, there is another pic in there thats an after photo... with painted siding...

The work…read morewent okay, but I noticed a pattern: he gives a price range upfront and then always charges the highest end of that range. Because I'm short on time and finding reliable vendors is a hassle, I called him again when I needed roof work on a third rental property. Communication over the phone was so so. He often talks to other people while on a client call or interrupts a call if someone else is calling him. It felt rude and, most importantly, like my time wasn't being respected. What really prompted me to write this review is his comment that he won't leave his driveway without a $100 service call. I already agreed to pay $395 for a full roof maintenance service, which should include inspecting the roof for any issues. Asking for an additional fee on top of that feels like he's trying to take advantage. Proper maintenance work should uncover problems without a separate service call charge. Overall, I wouldn't recommend him if you value honesty, transparency, and respect for your time.

He carefully reviewed pictures and videos I sent, asked thoughtful questions, and walked me through what he thought might be going on. He even went a step further and reached out to his network to see if someone he knows could help me. Eric is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, generous with his time, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. It's rare to find someone this helpful when there's no immediate upside for them. A true roofing professional. And I'm sure his workmanship reflects this. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you Eric!

We contacted them through Yelp and received an immediate response to schedule an estimate. I met with Elias, Ezequiel's (the owner) brother for the estimate. Elias was very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be repaired and replaced. A day or so later I received the written estimate. We had 4 other companies quote us but RR felt like the right choice. They seemed to be the most realistic about what we needed and up front about how the job would be done, including any on the fly changes/repairs. We were not disappointed. They were great about communication from beginning to end. They took pictures of the work along the way and informed us of additional changes or repairs, which were handled on the spot with no additional charge. There was no guesswork or nickel and diming. They provided quality service and Ezequiel was on the job site throughout. They were respectful of our home, cleaned up after each day, and worked hard to complete in a couple days with permits as well as securing flashing around our HVAC and reinforcing gutters with additional screws. We also asked to have our skylights replaced from an outdated version to a more modern updated skylight. Overall, we give Regal Roofing Solutions 5/5 stars for quality of service and communication. This is the company you need to go with for any roofing projects.
