He was thorough in inspecting the roof, explaining everything we needed to know, and walking us through the entire process in detail. He was friendly, professional, and transparent, making us feel confident about moving forward. The quote itself wasn't the lowest or highest we received, but it was fair and felt like a good value for the quality of work and materials promised. Throughout the project, everyone from Guy to the office manager and site crew were friendly, professional, and communicative. There were some minor delays due to weather and supply chain issues, but those were out of their control. Despite these challenges, they kept me updated every step of the way and ensured the work was completed quickly without sacrificing quality. After working with three other roofing companies, I found out about American Cool Construction (ACC). Having a Marketing Background, the first thing I look at when I am on the customer side of things is Customer Service. America Cool Construction met my expectations (which are pretty high) in regards to customer service. Each person I spoke to at ACC were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and dependable. The number one rule of customer service is to never set an expectation that you cannot meet. This is the best way to disappoint a customer. ACC passed this metric with flying colors. Now in regards to quality, ACC is GAF certified and I would never put anything else on my roof. The actual construction workers were very knowledgeable about the GAF technology and answered all of my questions completely (I am the curious type and I love to learn). The workmanship was first class and there were no corners skipped. The city inspectors ran a little late so the work had to stop on the second day, however on the third day the crew was able to complete the job. Now onto the value for the money, ACC was quite competitive and were able to give me a price which was well under my budgeted amount. And in today's economy, this is monumental. The roof they replaced was dated now it's up to date with the latest great material on the market. Such cool roof shingles and synthetic underlayment which is more durable and tear resistant. We also added ridge vent to improve attic ventilation. They replaced the old gutters with new gutters. I also like their workmanship comes with 10 year warranty. The house use to be sitting 85F with the AC on during the summers with the new roof the house now sits at 75F with the AC on. We went with Shasta white shingles for the most reflective rating. (0.29) (Owen Corning Shingles) This house had chronic leak in roof due to the roof being dated, but with the new roof I'm certain this will not leak for many years to come. They replaced a lot of wood rot and I knew I was in good hands based on their review ratings, which is quite impressive. Their pricing was the most reasonable compared to other companies I got quotes from ranging 50% to double the price more than American Cool Construction. We went with American Cool Construction offer. I would recommend American Construction for their service and reasonable pricing. I am very satisfied by their service they completed the project about a week. read more

From the initial call to schedule someone to come out to look at my roof, to the install, to the communication through the process, the customer service and quality was top notch. Getting a new roof can be very stressful, but ACC made the process stress free and seamless. David was amazing throughout the entire process. David made the process easy even though making this decision was difficult. He checked in on us, he came by to check on the progress, he answered all of my millions of questions.
