We tried the online pick up / reservation to get ahead of any line that could be there in the morning, but that didn't work. With that said, they moved through the line very quickly and we were out of there in 10 minutes. Only down side was there was no parking available for non U-Haul vehicles. Check out upon return was very smooth, no extras, no unforeseen or hidden costs attached, so all in all a pretty successful move for us. Would definitely use this location again - highly recommend moving on a week day instead of the weekend as it can get a bit chaotic in here I've been told!
