We were down to 1 key fob for our Lexus and wanted a second one just in case anything happened to the original fob. Their prices were significantly lower than what a dealership would charge for an OEM key. Note: their standard quote includes a programmed aftermarket key, but does not include a replacement emergency key. Everything works exactly as the original key does including the keyless entry, trunk control, etc. The job was completed quickly (within 30 minutes) and tested before payment was requested. Mike is the most reliable locksmith we've ever used. They are great with payment, in the past, they have invoiced me and gotten paid via check from my company and they also take credit cards. They always show up within a day or so of when I need them and I never have had to wait for parts. They are great about us walking in and dropping off keys for copies as well as coming to the property and making copies or doing the work here onsite. Sometimes they don't answer right away but I just leave a message and they call back almost immediately, if not within the hour.
