He then was able to meet me that same day that the quote was given and came to the house for the final measurements. The quote was spot on! I even paid up to have one of the blinds motorized which looks amazing. I opted for the Zebra blinds in the entire house. Jose the installer met me the very next week for the install and did the whole house in a timely manner all while being extremely professional and quick. I explained the situation, and they told me they could fix it within 20 minutes. We probably waited less than that. Like about 10 to 15 minutes tops. They even helped carry the glass to my car. Took 10mins to reprogram getting step-by-step instructions from someone else on the phone and then charged $200 (which was then reduced to $185) for the service. 3 weeks later the blinds stopped working and Erick said it would cost over $1,200 to fix, which I agreed to and he still did not show. After repeated unanswered calls to try and pay the cost upfront (cash as they claim to not accept credit cards), I began to shop around and spoke with BRICKELL BLINDS who charged half the price, came out to confirm the job on the same day and replaced the motor days later.
