He arrived on time and was able to save us time and money by taking the shutters and repairing them, saving us 2/3 of the cost of a new one, and saving us two months of waiting. The job was done in five days! We will definitely be using this company for our next home. Very professional and fair pricing. I've posted 3 before and 3 after photos.

We immediately started calling around as this is a huge safety issue and we could not have new tenants move in without functioning windows. Juan of Hurricane Windows was able to make a same day visit and diagnose the problem. A broken/jammed spring cord on the high impact pgt windows. He went back to his shop to see if had the parts in stock and if not find them or order them. And less than 24 hours later he was back at the unit replacing the 4 broken spring rods. He was so honest, never trying to get us to replace whole window ro upsell in any way. He is reliable and super fast turnaround, our new tenants are now able to move in to a safe and secure unit.

I like the fact that they did give me a couple of options for a shower that would fit my budget. I really wanted to get the frameless type of shower enclosure, and they made it happen. I want to thank them for their good service, their quick turn around and their tips so I can keep the glass clean. I decided to begin installing only one shower door (to test the waters) but I am actually planning on doing the same in my daughter's bathroom and next project will be the mirrors. I would definitely use them again and I recommend their services

A&M's salesperson Jason answered questions in an extremely timely manner. If I wrote the email in the evening or on the weekend, he responded. I couldn't have asked for a better sales professional. They even worked with me to install the doors I wanted, even though I did not purchase the doors from them. They installed all the windows and doors in one day. Three trucks and at least 6 employees. They sent back one installer the following day to install the window sills. I could not be happier. Other than some dust (expected) you would never even know they were here. They cleaned up every bit of scrap and removed the old windows, screens and frames. The employees could not have been nicer (even with my non-existent Spanish). I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are thinking about doing your doors and windows

I went with Family Shutters over the competitor number based on customer service and not the price (both were about the same cost). Once I received my quote I had questions; I spoke with Rene Mejia (I believe he is the operations manager) who made himself available to answers question or to clarify points I didn't understand. As a contractor myself, I had numerous questions regarding the installation and materials; Rene always took the time to be in contact with me (very helpful and convenient). Once agreed to the terms and ready to do the work, I gave my deposit (a fair, small percentage compared to many contractors out there that require ridiculous deposits). Work was scheduled and the installer showed as promised. Once the installation was completed (by Ray) I had a couple questions for Rene to verify the installation would pass my insurance inspection and he explained everything and even gave reassurance that if I had any issue or problem, then he would stand behind the product and have it taken care of.
