I recently had Elite Decor install beautiful plantation shutters throughout my home, and I couldn't…read morebe happier with the entire experience! From the very first phone call, JC was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They scheduled a free in-home consultation within a couple of days, and the consultant arrived right on time, listened carefully to what I wanted, and offered fantastic suggestions without any high-pressure sales tactics. He took precise measurements and helped me choose the perfect style, color, and finish that complements my décor perfectly. The installation crew was just as impressive. They showed up on the exact day promised, laid down drop cloths to protect my floors, and worked efficiently and neatly. The shutters were custom-made and fit every window like a glove--no gaps, no adjustments needed. The quality is outstanding: solid hardwood, smooth operation, and that classic, elegant look that instantly elevated the whole house. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail. They even adjusted the tilt rods exactly how I wanted them and made sure I knew how to clean and maintain everything properly. The pricing was fair and transparent--no hidden fees or surprises on the final bill. Honestly, it felt like a premium service at a very reasonable cost. I've already get compliments from everyone who visits, and the difference in light control, privacy, and insulation is night and day. I recommend Elite Decor to anyone looking for plantation shutters (or any window treatments, really). They're true professionals who take pride in their work, and it shows. If you're on the fence, go with them--you'll be as delighted as I am! Thank you for transforming my home!

I spoke to who I thought was the owner Juan Carlos and he seemed very squared away. He gave us a reasonable price and we accepted it and had the shutters installed. I was not home when the contractor arrived but I was told by my wife and father in law that he didn't speak English so he was not able to give instructions on how to lock the shutters securely in an event a severe storm would occur. Fast forward to 2022, I received a certified letter from a guy inquiring information on the company who pulled permits to install me shutters. He then called and informed that All Star Shutters were using his license without his knowledge to open permits. Now today Miami-Dade code enforcement slapped me with a violation stating that there was no final inspection to close the application. I called Juan Carlos who told me that he wasn't the owner and that company does not exist anymore. I would never trust a Facebook ad and I will ask for their license. My association confirmed that they approved the job but don't have the other information. So now I'm filing a complaint
