They sent who I assume was the receptionist as a "tech" to reprogram. Took 10mins to reprogram getting step-by-step instructions from someone else on the phone and then charged $200 (which was then reduced to $185) for the service. 3 weeks later the blinds stopped working and Erick said it would cost over $1,200 to fix, which I agreed to and he still did not show. After repeated unanswered calls to try and pay the cost upfront (cash as they claim to not accept credit cards), I began to shop around and spoke with BRICKELL BLINDS who charged half the price, came out to confirm the job on the same day and replaced the motor days later.

Not only did Eric show up for the estimate at the time he said he would (shocker!) but his level of courtesy and commitment to detail was a pleasure to deal with. I would later learn that what they say they will do...they do. I remember I needed my blinds delivered and installed by a certain date and they made sure it happened. The quality of their product was easy to see as well. You can tell this wasn't an Asia made blind. The installers attention to detail was second to none. All of this at what seemed to me like a very reasonable price. I'd be a fool to not do business with them again.

When Nelson came to our house, he was able to present all the products (and colors and fabrics/materials and options) in a clear and understandable manner. He was able to help us visualize different options up against our windows and walls. Once he took all the measurements (and even showed us how some of our windows were not square - but he had no worries as he had plenty of experience with it) and we decided what we wanted, he was able to give us a written estimate on the spot. From order to installation was less than two weeks! That is an amazing turn around time, especially in today's world of international supply shortages/delays. And to top it all off, we couldn't be happier with the product, installation, and especially the customer service. Nelson epitomizes exemplary customer service and genuinely cares for his clients wants, needs, and time! (I almost forgot to mention how punctual he is - for both consultation & installation). Thank you Nelson for a wonderful experience beginning to end.

Terrible experience -- avoid at all costs…read more I hired Diego from "Quality Blinds" to install three blinds, and unfortunately, the experience was a complete nightmare. It took five attempts to get the blinds installed, and one is still problematic. He is now asking me for $300+ to fix a problem caused by his own work. He drilled multiple times for each blind, leaving the wall paint damaged. One blind was still wobbly, and his solution was to stick a folded newspaper between the wall and the bracket. Another blind caught the tail of a charger while rolling up, which caused the cable to snap. Communication was another major problem. He rarely answers his phone, does not return calls, and does not respond to text messages. After a dozen attempts and a great deal of frustration, I finally managed to schedule appointments for him to fix the issues. He repeatedly failed to show up on time--not 20 or 30 minutes late, but 3-4 hours late. This meant being stuck at home for hours waiting for someone to fix problems that should never have occurred in the first place. His work was also messy and careless. Ultimately, I had to pay other people to finish and correct the work he started, resulting in additional expense, lost time, and a tremendous amount of frustration. I had just moved and had electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors coming and going. There were small issues here and there, but every other professional I dealt with took responsibility for their work and eventually made things right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Diego at "Quality!" Blinds. DO NOT HIRE HIM.

While doing so, they removed the entire Shutter at least 2 times as I heard it crashing to the floor several times. (I do not know why they had to do this.). Paint on the sides was ripped off the walls together with pieces of my wall literally removed. And the Sill was damaged as its left side was broken off. When I asked them to leave when they were 'done', one installer refused to leave. I was overcharged for this Shutter and wasn't given what was promised and Shutter still needs adjusting and Sill needs to be replaced. FYI: I have never written a bad review in my life, until this nightmare experience with Diego/Quality Blinds Solutions.
