We've needed new window coverings for years but kept putting it off. We happened to be driving home when we saw their store and stopped in to see what types of window coverings they had. We were overwhelmed with the different types of window coverings that were available and had so many questions. Victoria was our salesperson and was very patient with us. There was a lot of walking back and forth in the store to look at the different options. We finally decided on what we wanted and placed our order. After waiting for a couple of weeks, we received notification that our materials were in and ready to be installed. We were able to schedule a Saturday appointment. Installation was done by a husband and wife team, Santiago and Valeria. After our window coverings were installed, Victoria helped me with the settings in my App so that I could open or close the Roller Shade from my phone. They were phenomenal and cleaned up after themselves. They were so professional and respectful. Consider yourself lucky if they will be doing your installation! read more

Went into the store to get an approximate estimate. The design consultant gave me a quote. I later then found out that the number of panels needed was double . I spoke to the consultant the next day. She then told me she spoke with her team and yes I needed 4 panels instead of 2. She obviously had no clue from the beginning how to properly figure. Well the price increased significantly. I then suggested that someone come out to properly measure. She then said that would be an additional charge and perhaps a different quote. It was then obvious that she was interested in making a quick sale and was talking in circles with no professionalism. Not a positive experience for me. Window treatments are not purchased often and have to be something that one is happy with on a day to day basis. Therefore consultants should be extremely knowledgeable about the product.. Obviously I will go elsewhere. read more

This is my second time ordering from Blinds to Go. One if the main reasons to go back to them even when there are a lot if options out there was the service provided! I had the opportunity, once again, to work with Ericka and the whole process was so smooth and easy from start to finish!! She is the best! We were able to complete and process the order in one hour or so without me having to go to the store. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ericka Espinoza and I can't say enough good things about her! Ericka took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, knowledgeable and had a smile the entire time we spoke. It's really rare to find someone who is not only professional but also truly cares about helping you find the right fit for your home. So huge shout out and THANK YOU to Ericka for making this such a smooth and enjoyable experience! read more

Alicia was absolutely incredible. She helped us choose our curtains/blinds colors by matching tones to the vibe of our apartment, she helped order all our swatches, and quickly resolved any issue that came up. Couldn't be happier with our experience at BTG, and specifically our experience with Alicia! read more

We are so pleased with our new Roman Shades made of white linen with cocoa embroidered leaves for our master bedroom. The motorized shade is wonderful as we are seniors and changing the height depending upon the brightness of the sun during the day would be harder if you had to change the height up or down several times could be difficult. Our motorized shade It is so easy one touch up or down. We enjoyed working with our decorator, Lyn Gautier, very much. She was very patient and gave us suggestions that we ended up going with. We used her also for our living room drapes which we purchased first. We are extremely pleased with both purchases and recommend Lyn Gautier and Blinds to Go! read more

The first time they came to install my blinds they did not bring the extensions. Then they want me to order the extensions from Amazon. I said no your sales person said you had them. Then they did not bring the blinds that were to be installed. This time they made an appointment for 10:30-12:30. I told them I am leaving at 12. It be is 10:30 they are not here. I cannot wait past 12 due to fact I need to take car in for repair. Why do these service providers do not listen to their customers? No one apologizes for the inconvenience! read more

Unfortunately I have very bad new to warn you about this company. They ask you for 50% up front. If you need any changes to your order and you call 3 days after it's too late to make any changes. They say 3 to 4 weeks to get your blinds. The real time is 3 months. Then before they come out to install your blinds that you have already paid half for up front, they demand the rest. This is called an advance fee scam or payment in advance fraud. They are obviously not aware of the mechanics lien. If a contractor performs work in a home and the owner refuses to pay. They simply places a mechanics lien on the property. Not asking for full payment before finishing the job. Only a foul or an innocent person would pay for this. I'm taking it up with the authorities so if you have placed an order or are about to place an order I suggest to have a second opinion elsewhere. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about the customer service we've received from April. She has been absolutely amazing from day one! She is kind, patient, and incredibly responsive. Every time I had a question or concern, she made me feel heard and valued, and she always follows up to make sure everything is moving forward the way it should be. It truly feels like she genuinely cares, not just about the job, but about her customers! Her positive attitude, clear communication, and willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference for me. It's rare to come across someone so compassionate and committed to helping others. She is, without a doubt, one of the best customer representatives I have ever worked with in my life. Thank you for making this process so much smoother and for providing such exceptional service April! it really means a lot! read more

The vertical blinds installed by Blinds to Go in July have already broke. I called for a replacement vertical blind and was sent a metal clip to install. I called for clarification & was told the actual blind is not covered by the warranty and I would have to purchase a replacement. Do not buy blinds from Blinds to Go. The blind broke upon opening & customer service tried to blame me instead of working with me on replacing it given that the blinds were only 3 months old. The previous existing blinds in my home lasted over 10 years before breaking. What a shame for a company that claims to be customer service oriented & the sales person herself never responded to me. read more
