From the very first phone call, JC was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They scheduled a free in-home consultation within a couple of days, and the consultant arrived right on time, listened carefully to what I wanted, and offered fantastic suggestions without any high-pressure sales tactics. He took precise measurements and helped me choose the perfect style, color, and finish that complements my décor perfectly. The installation crew was just as impressive. They showed up on the exact day promised, laid down drop cloths to protect my floors, and worked efficiently and neatly. The shutters were custom-made and fit every window like a glove--no gaps, no adjustments needed. The quality is outstanding: solid hardwood, smooth operation, and that classic, elegant look that instantly elevated the whole house. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail. They even adjusted the tilt rods exactly how I wanted them and made sure I knew how to clean and maintain everything properly. The pricing was fair and transparent--no hidden fees or surprises on the final bill. Honestly, it felt like a premium service at a very reasonable cost. I've already get compliments from everyone who visits, and the difference in light control, privacy, and insulation is night and day. I recommend Elite Decor to anyone looking for plantation shutters (or any window treatments, really). They're true professionals who take pride in their work, and it shows. If you're on the fence, go with them--you'll be as delighted as I am! Thank you for transforming my home!

Upon contacting and visiting their Fort Lauderdale location, their manager Liel was very kind to help us with our selection. He wasn't pushy into selling us anything but more helpful with explaining everything we had questions about, especially the pros and cons of all the different types of shades we were looking at. After his great service to us we decided to book a measurement and their installer Justin was just as helpful, bringing samples, a valence and an iPad with pictures to our home to give us a better idea of materials directly inside our home. After measurements we received a competitive quote and decided to go with them for our shades. We went with Zebra shades and a dark valence which matched our dark window frame exactly. We placed a deposit for our order, and the shades arrived quickly, as did the installation date. On day of installation, Justin was on time and installed everything promptly. He even disposed of our old shades complimentary. We were very pleased with the way the new shades turned out in our home and the whole process was simple and a breeze with Liel's and Ilan's guidance. After reading all the 5 star reviews, we now find ourselves writing them another 5 star review. We would highly recommend this company to family, friends, and anyone reading this review looking for custom shades by a company with expertise, friendliness, quality of material, price and easy going process. A+ for Fifty Shades and Blinds.

Henry visited and patiently went over the tint options and Leslie set up the appointment and visited the day of install to assist and coordinate. They were very careful in removing the old tint and cleaning the windows spotless before installing the new tint. We had a large arch window high up above the front door which is a challenge to get up on a ladder; however Henry was up to the task and did an amazing job along with the rest of the windows including 2 windows that were re-frosted. Leslie also assisted with another staff team member. We noticed the difference right away with the rooms feeling cooler and the blocking out much of the extreme solar heat we have been experiencing here in South Florida. Our AC takes shorter time to cool now and our AC bill was 35$ less this month. Much appreciated and I highly recommend this company!
