We called Bob immediately to give him the "green light" to proceed with the job of replacing our bumper. The parts were ordered promptly and when it arrived, we brought the car in. Other repair shops told me that they would need to source a used part (new part no longer available), cut out the section between the headlights, then weld the used part into place. Well, I didn't want a used part (probably rusty) on my car. Bob's was the only shop that said they could repair the damage without requiring a used donor part. The results exceeded my high expectations - the repair is perfect in every way (see the before and after photos). This week, Bob replaced/repainted a rear bumper cap on my Infiniti. His estimate was right in line with other shops (actually a little less), and once again, the repair is perfect. I'm not planning to have an accident any time soon, but if I do, Bob's Collision Center is my go-to shop.
