I had rented the cleaner about a year ago and I was impressed with it. Angel provided us with detailed information on how to operate the machine. We were impressed with Angel's knowledge of the carpet cleaner. We rented the machine for 4 hours at $28.00 plus tax. There is a $50 deposit which is returned when the machine is returned back to Home Depot. When we dropped off the machine 4 hours later, Uri helped us with the return and refund. I ended up eventually locating it myself using a little bit of logic and my brain which your employees clearly do not have.

By the time I got home and realized the mistake, the store had already closed. When I returned the next day, I expected the error to be corrected without issue. Instead, I was told they would exchange them for the M8 fasteners I had originally paid for, and it was presented as though they were doing me a favor by not charging me the price difference--even though the mistake was theirs and I had already paid for the correct size. In the meantime, I ordered the same fasteners from McMaster-Carr. They delivered 100 M8 bolts to my door before King Bolt even reopened, and the total cost was less than what I paid King Bolt for just 40. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. Between the poor resolution and the higher prices, I won't be returning.
