First, I think it is so unprofessional when the male manager yells at the employees on the sales floor. I witnessed him yelling at two employees in front of customers. He yelled at one employee where they duplicate the keys, and he was yelling at another employee in the plumbing section. Second, I felt discriminated against. An employee was racially profiling me. An employee was following me throughout the store, watching everything I picked up and put down, not helping any other customer, just looking at me. I just felt very uncomfortable.

Definitely keep this in mind if it's a day that Frank and Son's is open since people will be patrolling and making sure parking is enforced. And if he did not know, he could have easily called another employee for assistance since staff have walkie-talkies. Brushing off a customer is not acceptable service, anywhere!
