These people are thieves and con artist. It started out when I had them replace the gasket between the pool motor and housing. What they wanted to do was sell me a $1400 new pump with all the bells and whistles. I told the just replace the gasket. They did that, but a week or so later I realized the pool wasn't running. I went to make sure the timer wasn't messing up and found the pump motor has been removed. I finally got them on the phone and was told their policy is they don't replace pump components (so why did they remove the motor). I told the to bring back the motor. A week later and I still don't have it. I have been promised a call back from their tech manager. I'm still waiting. Their own rep called in to find out what's going on. They were told someone will be getting in touch with me later that day. That never happened. Personally, I think they believed that by taking my motor they would be forcing me to purchase that new pump they wanted to sell me. I know it shows I'm in SF California, probably some computer setting. I'm in Orlando, and experiencing the same lack of consistency in service times, and poor customer service as other commentators. read more

Joe has been cleaning my pool for 15 years back when amenity pool services was owned by All Pool. Amenity pool services is a corporation and as such is poor on customer service. Service and repairs are mostly non-existent and leaves a lot to be desired. But Joe, is the best and I would highly recommend him to anyone to clean and take care of their pool. read more

While the price is competitive and they do an ok job, I found the timing of the visits to be inconsistent, with some visits happening on a different day altogether with no notice. This was an issue for us because I work from home and my dog goes nuts when someone is working outside the house. I also let him out back to run and go potty so I was always nervous in our service day that the service person would show up at a random time. Our pool looked ok but not spectacular. I signed up for service to help a friend but we will be going back to Pinch a Penny service as soon as possible. read more

I'm not even convinced they made it out to my pool most of the time. Because theres been a ring of algae around my pool for months, I complained, nothing changed. Then they messed up my auto pay and I had to point out to them a few months later that they'd done this and I had a nice big bill to pay all at once. I hired a new service, the algae ring is gone after one visit. read more

We ordered tile in September, showing them what we had currently at our home. When they came out to my house in December, they found an issue and it was delayed until January. They came to rip out the old tile and started installing the wrong kind of tile, it didn't have the molding we had ordered. The tile we wanted was back ordered. So they had us pick another tile they had available at the warehouse, which is very bait and switch. When they installed the tile they made a huge mess in our yard. Than when it was time to remove the cement they brought the saddest power washer and after 3 days they couldn't. If you want to be given the run around for 6 months, I guess this is the place to choose. Oh and expect a huge mess, and chips left around the pool. read more

This company came out initially for my spa, it wasn't working. Repairman then went to fix a leak in my pump and filter unit. That was more than a month ago. After a couple of attempts to get it repaired, they finally cut out my filter and pump, took it back to shop to get a refurbished model. Although they said it was under warranty. Now I have a refurbished model that still isn't working. I don't know what else to do to get a model I had before, and get it working. read more

We just had our pool refinished, new pump and filter system and a few other renovations done. After contacting and meeting with several companies we chose All Pools to do the work. We have been so pleased with them and the communication with us during the process. We had to wait several months but they were very upfront about the wait time and the schedule before we contracted them. We bought a house in August and our real estate attorney recommended All Pool for a pool inspection. I learned a ridiculous amount of info about pools that day. The inspection went great, and we got the house. When it came time to decide on who we were going to have do our weekly pool cleaning, we decided to use All Pool because of how great the inspector was. After 2 months, I'm happy to say we made the right decision! They are really good at what they do. Super professional, courteous, and skilled. The price is very reasonable as well. read more

I would stay away from this company if I were you. I started my pool project with them in March. The previous owner Steve turned salesman came out to give me an estimate and said that my pool was painted and it would need to be sandblasted. Then as it became closer to doing the work (5 months later) they sent 2 other employees out to my home (one said he was their renovation foreman Chuck would indicated that the pool did not need to be sandblasted which btw was an extra 1750 and then another one of their employees stated once again the pool did not need to be sandblasted. So now I have 2 of their own employees along with another pool company stating that the pool DIDN'T need to be sandblasted and one (previous owner turned salesman) saying that the pool DID need to be sandblasted. Which one is it????? And because I didn't fall for their inconsistencies, we agreed to disagree and go our separate ways. Make up your mind or don't send people from your company out saying something different than what your salesperson is saying. Get your story or lie straight the 1st time after you make someone wait 5 months later. read more

Fantastic company! Excellent service, always friendly. They were referred to us by a friend and I would refer them to anyone! Last month during our regular pool service, the tech noticed that our pump was making a strange noise. We had a call the very next day telling us they were scheduling a tech to come out to check it out, no call out fee. It was replaced during the same visit. No down time, no hassle.
