Amelia is a BYOB, tucked away in New Hope and we are so happy we chose this for our anniversary dinner. Whole wheat garlic bread was so delicious, crispy on the outside with garlic and butter and oil on the middle. We ordered an artichoke heart special for an appetizer which was delicious and everything was very tasty. My fiancé got the chicken Genovese which is usually served with vegetables but we asked to sub pasta (she gave us a choice of short or long noodles, and red or white sauce: we went red with rigatoni). I got the delicious seafood special, the pasta was cooked to perfection as well as every piece of seafood. We were offered desserts which looked delicious at the tables around us but we did not save any room! Make sure to make reservations but this place is amazing. Only down side which I didn't rank off any stars is there were 3 servers on a Saturday night and they all were responsible for the restaurant (no split sections of tables). So they all came over asking to give us specials and take orders since they weren't sure if the other server already had. This didn't bother us but I know some people prefer one server taking care of them for dinner. Highly recommend coming here! read more

My wife of 20 years and I had a magical Valentines dinner at Amelia!! The chef was creative with the dishes putting his personal touch to every part, this pushed his dishes up to a much higher level. Excellent ambiance and service was spot on! After having spent 13 months in Italy over the years I now have a restaurant to go to be in Italy with out having to take the plane flight.
