I tried to follow up with the Manager of this property, Vida Vescera, several times. I finally got a rude message from her today saying that she never got an e-mail & to leave her alone. Wow, what poor customer service/public relations from a property management company! It turns out that I had a wrong e-mail address from a website & attempted to tell her that, but she hung up again. I'd like to speak with her supervisor/president of the association to let them know about her poor attitude. Beware everyone if you attempt to deal with this property management company in any way. Very nice guy as well. Unfortunately, the owner of the building Really inflated some things at the end of my lease. I left a screen door, bamboo and string lights in the backyard and a bidet . The blinds in the bedroom were chewed by my dog a bit. I asked the owner if I could remove the items he said no and I was on a group thread with danielle and I was able to go remove some items. Screen door was mine so I took it off. He was trying to charge me 300 for a replacement that cost 150 at Home Depot $300 to remove the bamboo and string lights in the backyard that I removed in two minutes and the bidet I was charged $95 for not removing. Applying she charged me $300 for and I sent him the exact measurements of the same ones at Home Depot that were $35 Again, Danielle is great unfortunately the owner of the building really gouge me .

I'm an accountant and based on his complete lack of accounting knowledge or knowledge of the law when it comes to handling the return of a security deposit, I venture to say he is incompetent. Meaning I now have to submit more work orders and schedule more appointments to fix the cheap lousy "repairs" your team does. It's not worth the trouble. V mentioned that the scent of cleaning products was too strong, but we explained that we prioritize sanitization between each guest to ensure a safe and clean environment. This has never been an issue for previous guests. Additionally, she mentioned construction next door. We personally checked the property earlier in the day, and there was no active construction at the time. While it's possible the neighbors were doing light work, there was no disruption during her stay. Despite our best efforts to accommodate V and address her concerns, she continued to insist on a full refund and threatened a bad review. We ultimately had to reach out to Airbnb for assistance due to the ongoing threats. We always strive to provide a positive experience for our guests and are sorry that this stay did not meet her expectations.

I had inquired one day prior than the two others who came (two other women, and I distinctly remember the name plus the dates align) I was actually the first woman, yes single woman, to apply. Yes, later he found out my boyfriend would be moving in but not when I applied, called, and emailed. I called and made all arrangements. I left a voicemail as a woman and he called me back within 45 minutes. He asked me to wait so that he could get a larger group to show and then two others joined the next day. Both other women who arrived did not put in applications that day. I did so as soon as I left the apartment and got the background check done within 45 minutes. I was not discriminated against, I really think this is a misunderstanding, and a case of "early bird gets the worm." I don't know how the person commenting would even begin to know who was first come first serve, or who got it based on what, or how many showings it had. I know I waited for a group and he had other showings too. I had no issue calling as a single woman and chatting with JP. I would like to note I have really never had a better manager in Los Angeles. I just explored these reviews because I wanted to highlight him since I am so happy with him.
