Great service and a friendly staff. You have a picking of eight theaters with many movie choices especially in 3D format. The reclining seats are a plus here and very relaxing. This theater has recently added beer and wine options for your viewing pleasure.Plenty of free parking in their lot.Hot popcorn and nachos are a plus and many options of coca cola products in their soft drink machine. So come out and enjoy a relaxing night out, you won't be disappointed.

This theater has the nice soft reclining seats for your viewing pleasure. They have eight theaters so you have many movies to pick from.Recent additions include wine and beer. The cordial staff is very accommodating for all your snack needs and the coke machine is a plus to try different combinations of coke a cola products. So sit back , relax, grab some snacks and have a fun night out.On site parking on their premises.

Lots of unopened kernels in my popcorn. I probably threw out about 25% of the unpopped kernel seeds before taking this picture

The lines were short, the seats were recliners and clean, they have a Coca-Cola remix machine, and the theaters are small and perfectly sized. My only gripe was the popcorn was probably the worst I've ever had in any theater around the world. There were a lot of un popped kernels where We had to make sure we didn't crack our teeth. We would definitely not buy popcorn from here again and might consider smuggling in our own snacks. I'm still a fan of the soda machine though.

'AMC STUBS' has great members perks/rewards. I had $10 free in rewards, which paid for my matinee ticket and I had free birthday member rewards of free large popcorn and free large drink. So I literally got it all free!! In all fairness, the theater itself appeared very dirty today. Popcorn on every single floor everywhere. I imagine that's hard to keep up on, but I didn't see anyone trying either. I'm hoping they survive, movie theaters are closing left and right lately

With declining viewership & attendance numbers the location closed it's second concession stand, the former spic & span theaters tend to be a bit messy, and the parking lot is a mess. Sketchy at night, and at times the theaters can get a bit out of control with loud & rude customers. Which tends to ruin the experience. On one occasion, while watching the latest John Wick film, my wife had the misfortune of sitting on a wet seat (yeah, it was urine & the trousers were ruined) Other than that, with a little caution, it's fine. Though I think a little more attention to detail & customer experience would go a very, very long way. It has so much potential.

Out of all the Regal locations in the area, this one has slipped into being the weakest overall. The staff experience is very hit or miss. Some employees are attentive and present, while others seem more interested in chatting with friends or sneaking phone time in over helping customers. The cleanliness has also dropped too. It's not dirty to the level of being gross, but it no longer feels well cared for or consistently maintained. The seating hasn't been updated, so it's still the old style, which honestly sums up what feels off about this location. It feels stuck in the past. Everything comes across as a little worn and tired compared to other Regal theaters nearby. There doesn't seem to be much pride or urgency in keeping the space polished. Concessions are another weak spot. The standard snack options are usually fine, but anything beyond the basics are regularly unavailable. I've also had very little luck with promotional snack, which are frequently out of stock here compared to other locations. This used to be one of the better Regal theaters years ago. I find myself choosing any of the other Regal locations instead, including driving all the way out to Orchard Park, when this would be the most convenient location for me coming from Lockport. I hope this theater eventually gets some updates... refreshed seating, improvements to the IMAX, or just a renewed focus on upkeep and staff engagement. It's possible things have changed since my last visit three to six months ago, but as of now, it's unfortunately a no for me.

I Love, with a capital L, the little tables on the recliners. I wish all of the local theaters would adopt them. It seems silly, but they are one of the main reasons this is my most frequented theaters... don't judge me. Lol. Where are they middle of the road? Cleanliness can be hit or miss. Some stuff is a little outdated, but I do believe they are working on that, there were new chairs going in recently. The food menu is hit or miss. I feel like out of all of the Regals that are in the area, they seem to not have what I am looking for most often, some of that is because I am here the most, but some of that seems to be an ordering issue or maybe Regal forces certain menu layouts even if a theater doesn't have those offerings... I am looking at you elusive Tandoori Popcorn. Last, but not least, is something I'll mention, but won't dock them any stars for, the location. I never personally feel uncomfortable here, solo or with company. I have had 2 partners that have said they would come with me, but not alone. I have also witnessed a couple of fights here. In this theaters defense, they can't help where they are located or who is around. In addition, they do a good job keeping security officers here, and I do believe they take customer safety seriously. Security seems to be responsive and I have seen them do everything from deescalate someone in the lobby, to deal with chatty/loud movie goers. Usually they are just a quiet presence and everything is smooth. There are less and less theaters in the area as time passes, I recommend supporting any theaters you can.

It has a somewhat strange, in my opinion, configuration with the stairs sort of winding around to get to the upper seats. Luckily we arrived before the (endless) coming attractions and commercials when the lights were still on. There was an entire 1/2 hour of commercials and coming attractions before the feature movie started. The theater loses a star for that 1/2 hour of commercials and terrible movie clips.

We went to see Weapons, and everyone at the theater was super friendly and welcoming. One of the best parts is that if your car doesn't have a radio, you can rent one from them (which I had to do, and it worked perfectly). The food was surprisingly good and very affordable, which made the night even better. I also love that they run multiple movies at the same time across different screens, so there's something for everyone. Plus, the double feature makes it such a great value: we saw Weapons and Superman back-to-back. It made for a long night, but definitely a fun one. I feel like it is hard to find drive-in theaters anymore, so it was so fun to be able to experience this and it gave the old-time vibes with new movies which was super fun. If you're in the Buffalo area, this drive-in is absolutely worth the trip!
