When I called K9 Cars, I was pleasantly surprised to reach a human who was able to schedule the ride and assure me what kind of vehicle would be provided- a large carpeted van. This was exactly what my hard-to-transport broken legged girl needed. Not only did K9 Cars arrive on time, they were early. This allowed us to get her directly into the van from the hospital gurney with no waiting, which was perfect. The van also had enough room in the back for my husband to be right next to my girl to reassure her during the ride.
