They were creamy and not bitter. I was concerned they were making the matcha with an espresso machine, but I saw the baristas whisking the matcha in a bowl which creates a different flavor profile! They serve coffee there as well, hence the espresso machine. Service was great, the staff was friendly and made recommendations. I would definitely go back to try their other matchas, they had unique options I haven't seen elsewhere like gojii strawberry and lychee lavender. There's a few sitting areas to lounge/work and you can also watch the pickleballers play!
