Peach Cobbler Factory.... brilliant idea! I love peach cobbler. But I'm very particular about the type of crust. The Peach Cobbler Factory delivered the pie crust that I love and not bread pudding crust. The ratio and consistency of crust/peaches/syrup was on point. I tried the traditional peach and strawberry-peach cobbler. Both were delicious. All the cobblers come with a scoop of ice cream. That's cool if you like it but I don't. I'm cobbler purist. I don't want anything taking away from the cobbler.(I'm a peach cobbler snob). My advice if you don't want the ice cream is to get it on the side because you have to pay for it anyway. That brings me to the only knock I have on the restaurant. I think the cobbler is a bit overpriced for the portion you get. Service was good. The employee who helped me was friendly. It's located in a Publix shopping center. The interior was clean with a modest dining area. There was music playing and an overall good vibe. Bonus: Another patron raved about the banana pudding!

Excellent peach and apple cobbler. My friends also tried the banana pudding and the butterfingers cheesecake! Everything was delicious. We discovered this place through our too good to go app and were very excited to try. The team were very friendly at pick up and the over atmosphere was warm and inviting.

We have always loved Peach Cobbler Factory!!!! They have the best cobbler and ice cream! Today we were traveling around and saw the Peach Cobbler Factory and said "yes please".... We shared a peach cobbler with ice cream. It was very good and great flavor! I give it a 5 star. The only negative was once we ordered and received our dessert the lady left and we didn't see anyone at all in the place until we left. We tried to get someone's attention to let them know their restroom needed some attention but couldn't find her. Still though; the cobbler and ice cream were great!

    super sweet. cold rush coffee.

i live by a saying: "never skip dessert day"... well. today was just that. as much as i wanted to try everything on the menu (and will have to here shortly...) i picked a handful of goodies to satisfy my sweet appetite. i'll start by saying the music was such a good playlist. was dancing & singing in the restaurant. dee & emily were very sweet and helpful to me so i wanted to spotlight them as well. but i came & got my second cobbler of all time, probably about 20 years since my last one. cinnamon peach praline came out just right!! i also got the maple cinnamon roll, never thought to mix the two. i completely devoured that one. zero chance. to wash it all down i tried their house made coffee, called the cold rush. delicious & very sweet ! i am stoked to come back & bring some friends to dessert day with me. if you're in ocoee, you must try PCF. trust. me. signed, GTB

My husband and I were in the mood for something sweet and wanted to try something new to us, and The Peach Cobbler company looked like it had something for everyone. The location was clean, decor minimalist, and the employee was very pleasant. There's an area of the wall that has fake greenery and a neon sign for photo ops. There's plenty of parking too. There are cobblers, banana pudding shakes, cookies, churros, and more to choose from. I got a bourbon pecan banana pudding shake and my husband got a Butterfinger banana pudding shake. I liked my shake the best because the flavor just complimented the banana flavor while the Butterfinger flavor overpowered the delicate banana flavor. The Butterfinger shake was really good, it just didn't have much banana flavor. My only complaint is that after top our total for 2 shakes was $22! That's pretty steep. Rating from F to A+++, it gets an A+ because of the high price.

Love me some Peach Cobbler! Excited to try this out!!

I saw this place on Facebook and love peach cobbler so I knew I had to stop in! The cobbler and cinnamon bun I got were amazing, and the employee Joy was an absolute "JOY"! I also liked the little photo area inside! I do wish they had a plastic silverware case out in case you need an extra fork or spoon. But otherwise, that place was steady the whole time I was in there (4:30 on a Saturday)

I ended up going with The Classic! Eggs, sausage, home fries, & toast. They currently have their seasonal menu out so I ordered the Toffee Cold Brew as well. It wasn't overly sweet at all which was great! The restaurant was very busy but not loud, you could still very easily be able to have a conversation. Food & service was great! Will definitely come back!

We got the hashed benny, and the founder's hash and eggs with a pancake on the side. The benny was cooked to perfection, I was just surprised that the fries turned out to be potatoes. The pancake was fluffy and tasty, and the founder's hash was well seasoned. However, the service was rather disappointing. Our waitress wasn't the friendliest person from the get go, her demeanor seemed like we were inconveniencing her with our presence. We asked for to go boxes and that took 5+ minutes to get. We then waited 10+ minutes for her to come back and process our check. We see her socializing/getting handsy with coworkers in the back. When we finally made contact with her, I hear her mumble something under her breath as she was walking over.. The ambiance is great - it's open, bright and clean. We'd like to think that was a one off customer experience because we'd like to go back to try other items. We may just give it a little bit before returning.

It is a family owned restaurant founded by New York natives who noticed a gap in Central Florida for high quality, authentic New York style diner food. The original location opened on Universal Boulevard in the Lake Cay area, near Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. The restaurant quickly became popular with both locals and vacationers looking for an alternative to the standard hotel breakfast buffet. Following the success of the Universal Boulevard location, the owners expanded to additional Central Florida locations, including Lake Buena Vista and Dr. Phillips. The Diner has gained attention for its creative twists on classic comfort food. One of its signature dishes is the Bennyffle a combination of Eggs Benedict served over a waffle. The menu also features specialty cereal pancakes, including Fruity Pebbles and Oreo Crunch, along with classics such as chicken and waffles. In July 2026, the Universal Boulevard location even became the center of a viral national news story after a family of seven including children reportedly walked out on a $298.47 breakfast bill. The story highlighted how hard family businesses work and how an incident like this can affect them. I recently met up with a group of friends at The Diner for brunch. The Diner can get crowded, and they do not take reservations. I am grateful that one of my friends arrived very early to wait for a table for our group. The diner offers a selection of coffee drinks as well as alcoholic beverages, making it a festive spot for brunch. Since I had a long day ahead, I stuck with coffee and ordered the signature chicken and waffles. The combination was delicious. The crispy, savory fried chicken was the perfect partner to the soft, buttery waffles, while the warm, sweet maple syrup contrasted to the salty chicken. It was a very large portion and I really enjoyed my meal. The service was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating when we needed several separate checks. I loved my visit to The Diner, and the experience was made even better by sharing brunch with a great group of friends. Good food, friendly service, and even better company made for a memorable morning.

After searching yelp for a breakfast/lunch place, The Diner seemed to hit the mark. They do not take reservations and your entire party must be present when your table is ready. I arrived early and put my name on the list so by the time everyone arrived, our table was ready! Heather was our server and she was amazing. She made our experience here easy & stress free. The 6 of us were able to chat, catch up, eat and drink in a timely manner. We were not rushed which is always a plus. I ordered the Belgium waffle with a scrambled egg & an ice mocha latte. Perfect amount of food for me. Ariel ordered the fried chicken and waffles which was huge. A few ordered the chicken Caesar wrap which looked very good. I would definitely go back the next time i am in town. *Prices are moderate *Plenty of parking in the lot ~ and that's all I have to say about that...

We arrived just before 10am on a Saturday, and just beat the rush that lines up outside. This place is popping! Order at the counter and pay to have brought out to you. Beverages are also served to you, and you can request a refill. Very cozy place, and love that separately is the bakery so you can do dining, bakery, or both if you desire. What I Enjoyed: - I'm Not Throwing Away My Shot (Hamilton Menu): This scone was on the Hamilton Menu, which I thought was neat as a I'm a theater nerd. My boyfriend said he enjoyed it as it was not too sweet. The ingredients (white chocolate, raspberry, and blueberry) paired well together, and if we were local, he'd get again. - Oatmeal Cream Pie: This was STUNNING. Yes, all caps needed. I think this was one of my favorite baked goods since my cousin stopped her bakery stand selling the best oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. I hope this is both a staple item, and we visit Orlando soon to get one! Yum! - se7en Benedict: Loved the biscuits as it tasted like a true southern biscuit. Loved the cheddar chive grits that I shared with my boyfriend who also enjoyed. I'd definitely order again! Definitely check out this place if you are in Orlando!
