I'm so glad I came to this store to return an a Amazon product I purchased that was damaged. The customer service here is excellent: reliable and expedient! I was in and out in 5 mins or less. And it also wasn't busy so no lines, no hassel. The little shop is inside of the Whole Foods market on Arden right next to the bakery. The lady at the counter was also very helpful and let me know how I will get my refund. The cool thing about it is that you don't have to print a label and package the item back. You can just come in with the packaging and present ur QR code to process the return. I highly recommend coming to this Amazon store for ur returns.

Easy return and convenient. The line can be a little long, but you can use the kiosk, if it's working.

My friend and I visited this past Sunday to do some Christmas shopping and I ended up buying at least 2 or 3 of the items I needed. This location is actually a lot cleaner and more organized than other locations which was nice! It is located off of Marconi Ave in the same shopping center as Trader Joe's and Five Below. They had a ton of wrapping paper and lots of great items for stocking stuffers and White Elephant gifts. I love finding random items that I never knew I needed! I bought around 8 items for under $60 so it was definitely a good deal! Staff were friendly and the check out line moved quickly!

Even if it is a bit of a drive from our house, we do visit every now and then. The store is quite expansive, and quite well lit. Me and my poor eyes don't have to squint to read the fine print or even make use of my glasses. There's the odd item on the floor left behind by uncaring or reckless customers...especially on busy days, so a bit of care should be exercised when walking the aisles. The place does get crowded, especially on the weekends. Parking feels a bit limited, but of course, a public lot is never under the store's control. The price is reasonable. And the staff, if on hand, are very helpful...trying to be cheerful on crowded, busy days. There's a lot to see, so be prepared to spend an hour or more during your visit. Not a bad place to spend your time...and money.

It looks so silly having 15+ lanes when there's never been more than a couple open at a time. The cashiers I've interacted with were lacking any customer service skills whatsoever. Several visits I had a younger African American checker who wears a face mask help me and she makes zero facial expressions and you can barely hear her. She seems like she hates her job. Whatever, I can deal with zero interaction but I'd expect better from a Target employee. How's your day, did you find everything ok... anything! The worst however is an older Caucasian lady with long hair that is so unbelievably rude, it took everything in me to not say something to her about it.. Wouldn't place my items in the hamper I was purchasing and said I'd have to do it myself, but after she'd scan an item she scolded me for reaching over to grab the items I wanted to put into the hamper. She kept bagging the items that I wanted in the hamper. She made rude comments about me watching her scan the items. Even if she was enforcing a rule of some sort she was being so incredibly rude about it. Also many items are locked up and it takes a long time for employees to come help, I've given up on buying socks because no one was there to open it. But if you want to make the switch to a new cellular service those guys will be right there to ask you about it !

January 18, 2026 - Sacramento, CA…read more A visit to this Macy's reminded me why I do most of my shopping online now. The second-floor women's department has been drastically reduced and now shares space with childrens', infants', and toy sections. The juniors department, which used to be on the first floor, has been moved to the second floor as well, further shrinking the already limited women's selection. I was very disappointed with how little was available. The only thing I found was a sweater marked down from $46.50 to $14.99, which was a good deal--but that was the extent of my purchase. Overall, this trip felt like a waste of time.

The weeks and weekend of Black Friday is the time to shop. It's nice that they start their black…read moreFriday deals early as it gives you more time to shop at your leisure. I wish they kept all of these sales up till Christmas, so you don't feel like you have to stop shopping after black Friday. I first went shopping for glass cutting boards online for their black Friday sale as I heard that using the plastic ones that we have been using for eons puts micro plastics into your food and into your body. I found a nice set of Lenox cutting boards a big one and small one. I ordered them online, but they didn't come with gift receipts which would have been nice. After buying them at 50% off for $24.99 I found the same set on Amazon for the same price and they do next day shipping so make sure you research better than I did before you make your black Friday purchase. I gave them to my friend and he loves them so it was a hit and the brand is good so they should last. He had been talking about getting glass cutting boards and is the one that brought the micro plastics to my attention. So, this was the perfect gift. I bought two sets and am giving the other to a family member, I hope they like them as well. I was going to buy a set for myself, but I did some further reading and they said it's not good with cleavers and that is what I mainly use to do my chopping. So I guess I'll stick with the plastic ones. Most everything is 50% off and I mean most as somethings are still full price or a lesser percentage off. I spent over an hour in here looking for sweaters. Most were $80 and half of put them at $40, more then I wanted to spend. Then I found the juniors section and with 50% off they were more in my price range. I tried on dozens of sweaters and settled on two. They have so many nice ones, but it all depends on your size and shape. I found a nice grey one with pearls on it and a red one that goes off the shoulder or if you were it up high it has a high collar.

I will say that "Marshalls" has been my go-to store for the past 10+ years as I have always found…read moresome decent items at their vast number of locations. However, based on the cleanliness, selection, and overall customer service, the Rancho Cordova location only earns an average 3-star rating from me. Located at the Zinfandel Plaza and tucked in between Olson Dr/Folsom Blvd in the heart of Rancho Cordova, this particular Marshalls neighbors their main competitor, Ross as well as a Target store amongst many other retailers and eateries. As many of you know, Marshalls specializes in a variety of department store items; mens/womens/kids apparel, home furnishings, bath & body products, luggage, jewelry, purses, bedding, housewares, and quite a bit of food/coffee. I see them as a slightly more affordable option than their sister store TJ Maxx. If your focus is more towards items for the home (excluding clothing), HomeGoods has much of the same items (but in a much larger variety) while all being part of the same ownership. Out of the few times I have been here (which is mainly during the weekends), I've noticed quite an abundance of customers at any given time. However, their store isn't quite the cleanest as I've seen several articles of clothing on the floor, fitting rooms that look messy, and as much as this pains me to say this, lack of customer service. Retail brick-and-mortar stores like this don't staff a lot of employees which leads to more complaints about a business than actual compliments. Finally, for the majority of their merchandise being new "name-brand" items, there is only a small handful of brands I am familiar with; mostly Calvin Klein, Nike, Ralph Lauren, and Michael Kors. As of 2025, you can get a complete outfit for under $50 which is a nice shirt/sweater, pants/shorts, flip flops/shoes as well as a pack of tees and socks. I am very happy with their towels, bedding, and bathroom items as their quality holds up quite well. All in all, "Marshalls" is a decent place to save a few bucks but nothing special. Therefore, I am rating their (one and only) Rancho Cordova an average 3-stars.
