When we walked in, there was a display of Quay sunglasses and lots of Easter items. They also had a ton of designer purses and jewelry! I saw some nice pairs of shoes and even perfume and cologne. We ended up buying a couple of small items and 2 outfits for our daughter, but being as it is still Nordstrom's, I found a lot of items were pretty pricy. I did like looking through all of their items though and would definitely come back, but I think my budget prefers Home Goods and TJ Maxx. Staff weren't anything special or friendly at check out and I don't recall seeing any employees walking around or helping customers. Check them out!

A gentleman greeted me in the Men's section and asked if I needed help - he was kind while we chatted and brought me to the dressing room. That's the main reason this isn't a one star review. I was met by a tailor that measured my chest only and told me a number. I was confused, so I asked if they could do out seam or any other measurements, and explained that I called ahead to confirm I could get detailed measurements for a wedding suit rental. I even asked if I could pay. The tailor scoffed at me, shrugged, and said she couldn't help me. I get why they do it. It's been awhile since my involvement in a wedding but I walked into a big box store in the past (that wasn't associated with the wedding party) and they helped no questions asked. I'm going to assume it's a store or upper management policy Maybe the employee on the phone misunderstood my question, but the real issue was the dismissive nature from the tailor like I should know better. And to make it a whole review, they have a decent selection but I'm not buying from them, and the value wasn't there because I couldn't get what I thought was a basic service, even after offering to pay for it.

This location is actually a lot cleaner and more organized than other locations which was nice! It is located off of Marconi Ave in the same shopping center as Trader Joe's and Five Below. They had a ton of wrapping paper and lots of great items for stocking stuffers and White Elephant gifts. I love finding random items that I never knew I needed! I opened a cologne to smell it before making a purchase decision, and he immediately told me, in a rude tone, that if I was going to smell it, I needed to buy it. I politely explained that I wouldn't want to purchase a cologne without knowing whether I liked the scent, but he responded by saying, "You're just going to have to buy it to find out." Throughout the interaction, he came across as aggressive, hostile, and unwelcoming, which made for a very uncomfortable shopping experience. Because of the way I was treated, I left the store and went to Ulta next door, where I received much better customer service. I ended up purchasing the cologne there, along with another one as a graduation gift for my cousin. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I would strongly encourage management to address customer service concerns, as shoppers should not feel harassed or intimidated while simply trying to make a purchase decision.

No toilet paper in any stalls and no soap in any dispensers. I did what I could... then when shopping for the goods, found the best toothbrush ever: say "avada kedavra" to the cavities and plaque building in my mouth! They will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. You can even designate someone else to pick up for you. Easy peasy and it's free! You can select to pick up inside the store or drive up (great for mom's with a baby/kids or seniors) If you're someone like me that goes to Target with the intention to buy 5 things but walk out with 20 things, use this pick up service! You'll save yourself a lot of money and time! Generally, I find Target prices pretty reasonable and sometimes even lower than supermarkets. I usually pick up deodorant, bodywash, keto buns, good will cottage cheese, newest flavor of Lays chips, and Yasso mango yogurt bars!

The worst however is an older Caucasian lady with long hair that is so unbelievably rude, it took everything in me to not say something to her about it.. Wouldn't place my items in the hamper I was purchasing and said I'd have to do it myself, but after she'd scan an item she scolded me for reaching over to grab the items I wanted to put into the hamper. She kept bagging the items that I wanted in the hamper. She made rude comments about me watching her scan the items. Also many items are locked up and it takes a long time for employees to come help, I've given up on buying socks because no one was there to open it. The items I did look at were priced fairly and I can't comment on the service since we did not buy anything, but the security guard at the front was very nice. The second-floor women's department has been drastically reduced and now shares space with childrens', infants', and toy sections. The juniors department, which used to be on the first floor, has been moved to the second floor as well, further shrinking the already limited women's selection. I was very disappointed with how little was available. The only thing I found was a sweater marked down from $46.50 to $14.99, which was a good deal--but that was the extent of my purchase. Overall, this trip felt like a waste of time.

She was saying to some customers, "If you don't have money to pay, don't come to my store." Imagine working at the trashiest Walmart in NorCal and shaming your customer base like that. Imagine thinking you have money because you work at Walmart in Rancho Cordova. I've been to a couple dozen Walmarts across the PNW over the past two years, and this is the only location where the hand soap in the women's restroom quite literally smells like cat urine. That probably sounds made up, but it's not. The hand soap in the women's restroom at this specific location smells like literal cat urine.
