I'm on a mission to visit every Target and this location had some great finds! Love the festive items especially in the dollar section! Anyone else addicted to Target? The store itself is fine, it's Target. But the cashiers are awful. There's only usually 1 or 2 check stands open at a time no matter how busy it is. It looks so silly having 15+ lanes when there's never been more than a couple open at a time. The cashiers I've interacted with were lacking any customer service skills whatsoever. Several visits I had a younger African American checker who wears a face mask help me and she makes zero facial expressions and you can barely hear her. She seems like she hates her job. Whatever, I can deal with zero interaction but I'd expect better from a Target employee. How's your day, did you find everything ok... anything! The worst however is an older Caucasian lady with long hair that is so unbelievably rude, it took everything in me to not say something to her about it.. Wouldn't place my items in the hamper I was purchasing and said I'd have to do it myself, but after she'd scan an item she scolded me for reaching over to grab the items I wanted to put into the hamper. She kept bagging the items that I wanted in the hamper. She made rude comments about me watching her scan the items. Even if she was enforcing a rule of some sort she was being so incredibly rude about it. Also many items are locked up and it takes a long time for employees to come help, I've given up on buying socks because no one was there to open it. But if you want to make the switch to a new cellular service those guys will be right there to ask you about it ! read more

This has to be one of the most organized targets that I have been to - the orderly shoe section made me quite browsy. Headed over to the hair care - the real reason I came in. And lo and behold- a Target circle special!!!! YESS. Bonus there is an electrify America here too for EV charging. After attempting to purchase 2 carts of items I was told I was not entitled to a gift card that stated when you purchase 50$ or more you get a 15$ card. The cashier was very kind the manager IMO was racist. I viewed the sign and it stated in small letter a red circle card was required it also gave the option to scan the barcode. I was declined and I assume due to the fact my card expired in 2024. After speaking with another in another language I believe was Spanish as I was called foul ignorant names in Spanish by 1 of the 3 speaking about me. The cashier advised I ask her again as she could over ride it. I chose not to and expressed to him I believed she was being racist towards me. He didn't respond to that. However I had approximately 600$ in products that were returned over a lousy 15$ GC that could have been issued if she chose to. I explained that to her in which she didn't care. However the misleading fine print requiring a person to obtain a red card or they would not be allowed to receive the benefits which are all throughout the store. This is not ok since it requires a person to qualify for said red card to receive those discounts and not is not on any of the signs in which I took videos and photos of. I will be making a complaint to corporate as well and hope many people realize they can't obtain said discounts unless they qualify for their red circle card. Thank you and again I will be forwarding this information to others. In hopes that some day you will be sued and forced to label your signs with the proper information. Honestly I wouldn't even have gone to this target, I only stopped there cause it was on my way home after a long and hectic treatment for radiation, which I also explained to the manager who would not divulge her name. I have a long history of giving reviews on yelp and I don't think I've given maybe 1 of 20 that were somewhat negative in nature due to the fact that it's very easy to leave negative and seems difficult for people to give positive comments. So again the cashier was very kind and helpful, however the young cashier who was previously conversing with the manager was arguing in front of an entire line of customers claiming one is not required to get authorized everyone automatically gets the discount just for applying. This is also problematic when 1 employee is blasting everyone with information that's not accurate. Again thank you I don't see many purchases in the future as many stores carry the same products and are mostly cheaper not including your "rebate" card. read more

This post has nothing to do about the shopping or customer service experience but more about the horrendous condition of the bathrooms. First of all only one stall was working and there was what I'm guessing to be toilet water all over the floor. Also the stall that was working looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever and when you flush the water pressure is so hard that it forces the toilet water to splash out on to the floor. The rest of the facility looked pretty dirty too from the sinks to the floors it was just gross. Do better target. read more

The customer service is horrible ! Managers allow their employees to talk to customers with attitude & lets them be rude. customer service desk is lazy & they all sit around and talk there . I have encountered multiple employees being rude & being snappy . One cashier had a meltdown at the register & threw stuff in my bags while bagging . A manager and employee having side conversations using profanity in front of customers ! They need to hire people with experienced customer service ! Pre-paid "VISA" fraud -- Don't buy these cards. They have "VISA" plastered all over the package but they are really managed by a company called "InComm Financial Services". If you have a problem, VISA WILL NOT help you. The funds from my card were stollen a few days after activation -- even though I set-up a PIN. Target should remove these cards from their stores. On the positive side, this store has a decent make-up department and grocery department. read more

Beware of AT&T scammers!!! Was scammed by a AT&T rep named Nicodemus at this locations. They will lie about your monthly payments to get you to join. your bill will be much higher then what the rep tells you. They also said I will be receiving a $300 in gift card which is $150. When asked for a manger the rep told me they don't have managers they are independent. Target should stop these scammers from having kiosk to screw over loyal target customers. I know targets receives a lot of money to have them set up kiosk at the location but the store manager should also stop them from scamming target customers. read more

I love this target location. It's clean and well-stocked. Since the pandemic, I rarely go inside to shop. I use the Target app to purchase what I need, and drive over to pick it up. This is a huge time saver for me. The employees who bring the deliveries out are Always super nice. I've been doing this maybe two or three times a month for almost 3 years and I've only had one issue with a missing item from my order. I ran in during my lunch last week and was really disappointed with the store. They're in the middle of remodeling so the front end is a bit hectic. But, where my disappointment comes from is the inventory! Everything I was in search for was out of stock and the shelves were barely full. I did have a drive-up pick up as well and that experience was lack luster as well. I waited and waited for the gal to come to my car with my items but she was helping cars that pulled in after me. Target is normally pretty good on returns but when buying from target.com the return policy is misleading. The website says it's 90 days for most items but you have to click through into the fine print to learn that for electronics it's 30 days (14 days for Apple products). And some items sold through their website come from a 3rd party where the return policy is even more strict. Because of this I'm out $150. read more

I like this location! It has a nice selection of products and the Guest Services folks are always quick to handle my returns. Their ability to fill dive-up orders could be quicker but overall it's a good location and not too crowded if you go early enough. read more

Came here for fresh produce. I went straight to the grocery section which was pretty empty but they had everything I needed. I got all I needed and I was even surprised that they had Dave's Killer Bread in the bread isle. I haven't been to a target a bit but back in Illinois where I'm from, I've never seen that bread at target. Overall was not a bad trip but also wasn't amazing either. Please don't go here! They dont care for your safety. I had two drive up orders one was ready and the other was not but was ordered almost atvthe same time as the other. The guy comes out and I ask if my other order is almost done and he says no. I tell he I ordered almost at the same time. I ask if I can or he can call and check... reason is I have covid and no mask in which I should not go into the store. He said I would be just wasting my time to call and that I should just go in.....WHAT!!!! Are you serious he said yes. I got off my car exposed a huge amount of people to covid just to purchase a gallon of milk. Why??? Target could not accommodate me. I used to shop at this store on my lunch break. For some reason, they've started closing down the self checkout during this time, which has caused long lines at the regular checkout. I'm usually in a rush to get back to work, so I can't wait in line for 10 minutes. Either hire more cashiers or open up the self checkout again. Plenty of spaces in the parking lot. Clean interior. Hand sanitizer available by the entrance. Went through three carts before finding one that didn't have an issue. Few customers and staff around in the morning on a weekday. More if you go around the lunch hour. Discolored meat in those packs of meat and cheese. Not the place to go if you're looking for fresh ready-made sandwiches or salads, though they may have some at the Starbucks inside. read more

I usually love this Target however when my boyfriend and I were there shopping today, we head to the check out registers and hop into a lane that clearly had their light on. We loaded all of our items and the woman, Carla, said "oh I'm not open" after all of our items were loaded and I mentioned "oh okay sorry your light was on" and we immediately started taking our things off and she started on a whole tangent that I was making up that her light was off and kept talking about me "making things up" loudly when I was already in a different lane. I told her all of her rude comments weren't necessary and she scuffed it off. She was extremely rude and even other customers in line behind me were appalled at how she acted. Code 014325 was wearing a mask and gloves, but as she was throwing our groceries into bags, informed us she had covid, but had to work to support her social security. I feel for her situation, but am i safe buying food being handled by someone claiming they have covid? Rude customer service and drive up order pick up. Team members are lazy and don't even inform you when you pick your order up that it's cancelled until you get home. The app doesn't even tell me until I arrive back with no bags or my items even when it says ALL my items are in stock. Called to speak to a VERY RUDE lady who was in guest service who talked to me like I was stupid and like I don't know the whole process order or ordering online. Trying to blame me that it was my fault not her teams fault for cancelled items. I just hung up on her rude self and called to speak to their manager on duty who was unapologetic and seem to not know or do anything about it. Curb side orders are a nightmare. Two consecutive months have been charged well over a month late for orders and also given extremely low quality produce products.
