I went to the branch, that i opened the account, they knew who I was... The branch manager, Jeff Chen tried to place a week hold on my check. And when i said that i wanted my fund available, He then had the audacity to ask me what I intended to use my own money for and what I planned to buy. I didnt know I had to beg for my money!! At no point should a customer be required to justify how they plan to spend their legally earned funds. I did not realize I was expected to beg for access to my own money. Because of this unacceptable interaction, I stopped the transaction immediately and took the same check to Wells Fargo, not the branch where i opened my account, where it was accepted without any hold or unnecessary questioning. and treated me like a real customer!! Afterward, I contacted your credit union and requested a call back from a manager to discuss this matter, as the situation was completely inappropriate. To date, I have received no return phone call, which only compounds the issue. This experience reflects poor judgment, a lack of professionalism, and a failure in basic customer service. I expect an explanation, accountability, and assurance that this type of behavior will not happen again.

My mom and adult daughter--a long‑time customer--came in for a simple appointment to open a new joint account. What should have taken minutes turned into an hour of condescension and obstruction from the teller, Chris. Instead of helping them through a routine process, he questioned their ability to "manage the account," spoke down to them, and dragged out every step. These are two fully capable women who have handled their finances for years, yet they were treated as if they were incompetent. The tone was dismissive, patronizing, and frankly humiliating. It wasn't until I left work and came in myself--calm, direct, and simply insisting the account be opened--that anything actually moved forward. Only then did Chris suddenly become able to do the job he should have done from the start. The whole experience felt disrespectful and unnecessary. After more than a decade of loyalty, this was enough to make me ready to take my business elsewhere. If you value being treated with basic respect, be cautious about using Logix Credit Union.

Moreover their experience is so vast they can work on different options with you and help you make the right choice that is definitely going to benefit your budget and preferences. I almost lost my hope to find the car with the features I wanted for a reasonable price. But thanks to Edward and his amazing brokerage experience I ended up even with a better option. They were also nice enough to keep my previous car at their parking lot over the weekend before I came back on Monday to turn it in to a dealership. On top of that they put their best effort and kindly attached a number plate to my front bumper using their own instruments saving me a trip to a dealership where it should have been done from the get go. I've had above and beyond amazing experience with these guys. Needless to say I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know and definitely will be back for my next purchase.

On June 13, 2026, we looked at two white 2023 Lexus RX 350s. One had approximately 51,000 miles, and the other had about 25,000 miles. The higher-mileage vehicle was more affordable and fit our budget, but we repeatedly expressed concerns about the mileage to our salesperson, Kimberly Campo. Throughout the sales process, Kimberly repeatedly assured us that the vehicle came with a "6-year unlimited-mileage CPO warranty through 2029." This assurance was a major factor in our decision to purchase the higher-mileage vehicle. We specifically discussed the warranty multiple times, and each time we were told that the CPO coverage provided six years of unlimited-mileage protection. After we had agreed to purchase the vehicle, my wife left to return home to our children while I stayed behind to complete the paperwork. During the finance process, I learned that the Lexus CPO warranty begins after the original 4-year/50,000-mile Basic Warranty expires, whichever comes first. Because the vehicle had already exceeded 50,000 miles, the CPO coverage had effectively already started, leaving only about two years of coverage remaining rather than the three years we were led to expect. This distinction is significant. We made our purchasing decision based in large part on the understanding that we would receive approximately three years of CPO coverage. Had the warranty details been explained accurately from the beginning, it could have affected our decision. At that point, my wife had already left, and I was more than 200+ miles from home (San Diego), so I completed the transaction. The following day, we attempted to discuss our concerns with management. We were repeatedly told that Dave Feiss was with a client and would return our call within 10 minutes. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, we never received a callback or response. Based on my personal experience, the Certified Pre-Owned purchase process at Acura dealerships has been significantly better. The information provided was accurate, the communication was prompt, and the customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, I did not experience that same level of transparency and responsiveness at Lexus of Thousand Oaks. To make matters worse, the financing paperwork initially contained an incorrect interest rate, which had to be corrected by mail approximately a week later. Our family has always spoken highly of Lexus, and this was our first Lexus purchase. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of our expectations.

Pretty much everything about the experience there was so much better. The 40k mile service is basically a glorified oil change (oil change and new cabin air filter) I was a little early but was still checked in quickly and professionally by Tony prior to my actual appointment time. He clearly informed me of the work to be done and an approximate time it would be done. While waiting in the lounge a technician came in and gave me a spare set of keys he happened to have that fit my brand of roof rack mounts. That was unexpected but cool. The service was done quickly but the best part was that while checking out I was simply told that it was all green lights on my vehicle nothing additional was needed. I was honestly expecting a Jiffy Lube style full court press to add additional services. All in all, great experience.

Mirna explained my warranty options clearly. Daniel explained every detail about the car, including the infotainment center. After I left, they called to see how I liked my new car and they invited me to come back if I needed anything. A few days later, I returned asking for some more details about how to work some electronic features. Brian, in service, took his time to explain everything. I noticed when I was waiting in the service area, that all the customers received very personalized attention from the staff. One team member was even walking the room, handing out cold waters and popcorn. This dealership is the best I've ever dealt with, by a long-shot. They made the whole car-buying experience hassle-free, no-pressure and worry-free. I'd recommend them to anyone!

During my first oil change and tire rotation, my car was returned with oil stains on the cream-colored interior. To their credit, they immediately offered to clean it. However, shortly afterward, both rear wheel center caps fell off, which had never happened before and I decided to let it go. My most recent visit was even more inconvenient. I dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, and airbag recall service. Near the end of the day, I was informed that complications with the recall repair meant my car would need to stay overnight. I was initially offered a rental car, only to be called back and told none were available until the next morning. My vehicle ended up staying for over 24 hours, and I wasn't notified it was ready until 40 minutes before closing. When I picked up my car, I was also charged full price for an oil change despite being told my coupon had been applied. I had to call back later to have the difference refunded. Everyone I've spoken with has been courteous and apologetic, and I appreciate their efforts to make things right. However, customers should not have to repeatedly spend their own time correcting mistakes that could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail. The dealership needs to improve its communication, follow-through, and overall organization, as the repeated lack of communication and forgetful errors have created unnecessary inconvenience. While I appreciate their willingness to fix problems, I would much rather see fewer problems happening in the first place.
