I am fan of Amazon Go stores and wish there were more of them. I enjoy and appreciate the quick in and out process of this convenience store arm of Amazon. You scan your code in the Amazon app as you enter or you can swipe your hand if you have this feature enabled in your account or scan credit card as just walk out with your purchase. I love $8 warm Cuban sandwich, $2.99 kombucha fountain and $2.99 Stumptown nitro iced coffee fountain. The pricing for food and drinks seems to be a good value (craft coffee for $2.99?!). Tip is not requested like other coffee shops for just ringing you up. This experience is refreshing and stress free with no cringe tip factor upon exiting. This Amazon Go location has no parking or it does, but other people at surrounding businesses park in them. I don't think they tow cars for parking in customer spots. The reason why I know? The Amazon Go store was completely empty of customers and employees. I picked up a Primo Donuts tiger tail and Stumptown Coffee Nitro on draft and walked out in 4 minutes according to the Amazon app. For those that need the employee interaction, this store is not for you. In a rush for coffee, lunch, or snack? Are you tech fiend and love futuristic experiences and adventures like the Intuit Dome? Amazon Go is worth checking out. Just like a 7-11 or a gas station mart. You scan your card and walk in. You grab whatever you need and leave. It calculates everything and sends you an receipts. They sell cold drinks, snacks, ice cream, sandwiches and more. I guess just another high tech convenience store. So many cameras all around. Kind of strange to be here. It's official Amazon is taking over! Of course I had a great experience. Driving by this location caught my eye and I had to check it out. Parking isn't the easiest but across the street is more parking. Once signed up, the whole experience and process is pretty seamless. You walk in by scanning your palm - interesting? Creepy? Not sure yet. But once you walk in, there is plenty of options like an upgraded 7/11. Lots of to go food items and drinks. Everything it seems from A-Z. Full service deli, sushi bar, snacks on snacks, premade pizzas, the list goes on... drinks they have everything standard and even fresh nitro brews and kombucha. Like standard Amazon, everything is affordable and cheap. For a limited time they have most items discounted. I purchased my large turkey pesto sandwich for $6. Can't beat that! I really came to this location for the experience of the walk-in, walk-out method of shopping. I live 3 hours away in a small town so this is some cheap, easy entertainment. The process is fairly easy if you know how to work your Amazon app. Just open the in store code, scan, and walk in to grab what you want. I loved staring at all the cameras and sensors on the ceiling. Mostly everything in there were things you could find at your local convenience store. I did appreciate some of the healthier snack options. I did read previous reviews saying things were expensive, but I think that is the point in a "convenience" store. You are paying for convenience. It really was gas station prices, so idk if people thought that the multi-billion dollar corporation was going to sell things for pennies or give it away, but this is not the case. It's not a dollar tree. If you don't have these around, I would recommend checking it out just for fun and a quick snack! read more

I went here for the first time to make an Amazon return. The man working there was patient with me not knowing what to do. I walked around to see if I wanted to buy anything. The shelves were mostly bare and there were hardly any choices. In the parking lot there were a bunch of boxes labeled "pest control" that were presumably rat traps. Not too appetizing. Parking was easy, but I find it a hassle having to either scan the Amazon app or my hand to get in to the store to be able to return my items when the return desk is right there by the door. If I was going in to the store to actually buy something, I can understand, but I'm here to return items. Shouldn't have to go through all this to return. Amazon Fresh doesn't make you scan any apps to go inside. They should fix this. I know this is their version of 7/11, but I think they should always have 2 employees onsite. read more

This is HOPEFULLY the future of 7-Eleven, as far as quality products and above all, safety. You won't find any homeless and/or drunkards in there because you have to have a valid credit card to even get in the door. Their sandwich counter looks fantastic. You can buy sandwiches there for $5.00, something impossible even at Subway nowadays! I'll be back for sure to buy one, as I am a sandwich-holic. There is no cashier, you just walk in and walk out with whatever you like, mini bar style, and then your credit card gets charged for it. Similar to why I don't buy coffee at 7-11, Amazon Go has their creamer (milk or half 'n half) only available in the little single serve pods, so you'd pollute the world to use enough creamer for 1 cup of coffee! The employees seem bored. Intense pot-smell coming from behind the deli counter. The typical convenience store shelves items were each more expensive than at 7-11 and more expensive than at the Amazon Fresh store. The entrance is strangely situated in the rear of the building, near the alley. As I walked around the building looking for the entrance, I thought maybe they had already gone out of business. read more

Just saw this opened and decided to stop by to check it out, it's like we're living in the future. You walk in by either scanning a code or if you're living in the future like I am, you just simply scan your palm and walk in, this reminded me sorta like a 711 but with the Amazon touch, you just simply grab whatever you need and walk right out no need to wait in line and waste precious time. Their made to go section has people who will make you things from avocado toast to breakfast sandwiches and awesome handmade lunch sandwiches which rival the quality of Ralph's or Sprouts delis. The icee and soda machines, kombucha on tap and coffee selection are so convenient and at a great price. This place is simple: scan your code from app to enter and just take what you want and leave. Bigger than the one I went to in downtown Seattle, but there's no seating area to eat your food. Also unlike that is a deli sandwich made-to-order section. The alcohol section is to the left and requires you to show your ID to someone to let you in but it's physically held back by a simple padlock(!?). Twice, I have been here now and twice there is no ice in the soda machine, nor the iced coffee section. I guess it is still a work in progress, as there was an Amazon employee and her MacBook working out the kinks less than a week after they opened. read more

Easy in and out - enough parking available in their own adjacent lot. It's basically everything 7-11 offers minus the cashier who usually just stares at you. Here I found a helpful sales person working the returns and customer service desk while everything else requires a log in to enter and simply just walking out past the sensors on your way out - it automatically chargers to your Amazon account (or a credit card you place on file in the cloud). So easy, so 2023 and so welcomed. read more

It's like 1-2 ppl there and they take their time preparing the sandwiches, literally smelling the roses. I feel like, it's a 10-20 minute wait or more. I can't figure out when or why I would opt to come here instead of just going to nearby Sprouts for groceries. I did quite enjoy my avocado toast, that would be worth going back. You can select variations, I chose sourdough which was a surprisingly big thick fresh slice. Highly recommend getting cilantro. Just wish egg was an option. The egg bowl was a paper cup with bizarro little squares of tasteless egg. I opted for spinach and got 2 leaves. No issues with the technology - whatever floats your boat. My real issue is that this is basically a gas station mini mart in terms of inventory. If you need a half can of Pringles, or a bag of beef jerky, a soda, or coffee from a vending machine, this is your place.
