When this location 1st opened I was not impressed..shopped a few times but overall prices were too high compared to other grocery stores After they remodeled I tried it one more time. They have adjusted the payment method to accommodate non prime members. There are alot of great low prices throughout the store! Am impressed with the produce section overall. This store is well stocked, has competitive prices, friendly and professional staff. My review is strictly about the prepared food section. I kept hoping it would get better, the hot food is often old and dry, however the pizza has been consistently good. Today (September 23rd 2025) I came in specifically for a take and bake whole cheese pizza. I noticed the pizza cartons felt damp on the bottom so I looked at the sell date, 2 of them expired 9/22, yesterday. But 3 of them expired 9/20 , 3 days ago! I notified the store manager. I left without purchasing anything. I've lost confidence in the quality control of this store. I'll no longer shop here. read more

First time at Amazon Fresh and I am happy that I stepped into this place. A step up from your regular grocery store, based on cleanliness and organization. What really surprised me was that the prices were pretty affordable. I came in thinking that they would mark up pricing, but not the case at all. In fact, I bought a discounted Happy (Amazon) brand 24-pack of coffee kcups for only $2. I was also pleased with the fresh food area, where I purchased a delicious cup of broccoli cheddar soup. *(A large selection of other fresh meals too). Definitely, a nice market. I could only hope they can open more locations for customers like me who don't live near one. read more

I bought sushi from them tonight and I'm saddened to discover that the fish didn't taste fresh and was actually maybe a day or two away from going bad. Had to throw the food away because we didn't want to get sick. It makes sense now why it was discounted. But what's weird is that it had a sell-by date of April 12, so it was supposed to be okay to eat till tomorrow. I have two stars because I'm really pleased with the employees and their can-do attitudes, they're fabulous. But the sushi is not. :( read more

This store was hard for me to get use to but now I actually Love it! Many of the items that I have to go all the way to Whole Foods to get I can find here. The store is super clean, super organized and for the most part the people that do work there are very helpful. It's a lot different than your normal grocery store it's a modern shopping experience, but it is fun. Nonetheless I say try it out because the place does grow on you once you figure out your way around. They've got great deals on many of the standard items as well as some really great gourmet and organic items you would only find at Whole Foods. I definitely recommend this place. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, the store was spotless, and the overall ambience made it such an enjoyable experience. This is certainly the first of its kind, and leave it to Amazon! When you walk in and look up there are sensors EVERYWHERE. It is an engineering masterpiece that any tech lover will appreciate. Every item is perfectly aligned and organized. The price tags are digital and have customer review ratings. The alcohol section requires ID which I think is smart. They also have a clearance section too! We got a pizza, small box and medium box from the food bar. They have a great selection for "by the box" prices as opposed to weight, so I loaded my medium box up with all the goodies for $10. Their sushi looked better than what you'd find at a typical grocery store sushi counter. They also had orange chicken and egg rolls, broccoli and sweet potato veggies, Indian curry and rice, salad and toppings, soup, olive bar, sandwiches and pizza bar. You're able to walk out without going through a check out line due to the sensor system but we used the checkout line since we weren't set up for self "walk" out. This place is very clean and changes the way of grocery shopping. That can be exciting and also can be a little sad feeling like it lacks the traditional grocery store charm. I also used their restroom and it was so clean. Everyone that worked there, greeted you with a smile. The food to go area looked amazing. I should have bought my lunch there but I was in a hurry. Need a quick snack or late bite? While some restaurants and stores are closed, Amazon Fresh was open til 10PM! This is the second Amazon Fresh spot that I ventured to and it's about the same as any other. It's like your typical grocery store. This nice thing that that have that I like is that they have a hot food section and prepared foods to take home to cook. Plus they have a small bakery section which you can get cup cakes, artisan or basic bread, and cookies. If you need to an Amazon return, you can do that as well. it's towards the back where the baked goods and hot foods are located. They also sell the highly rated Amazon items too. On this visit, I came too late and all the hot foods were put away. Luckily there were still some small refrigerated bites I could grab like sandwiches and prepared meals. There is also an aisle of various ice creams and frozen treats which is always tempting to check out. There's so many brands and flavors. The staff there is really chill, you can get what you need and head out. If you own an EV, there are chargers in front of the store in the parking lot as well. Stopped by this morning since we have never seen an Amazon fresh store. What a huge disappointment it was, I was looking for a quick breakfast. I hoped it was like Whole Foods, the cut up fruit was not longer fresh. I still purchased two since we had already stopped in, that way we could just get on the freeway to out destination. When we opened the fruit in the car, not only was it not so fresh anymore it was the worse fruit I have had. It was super bland, and soft, it was just too old. The hot food bar, well it was just the bar with no food at all. The coolest thing about this store and the main reason I'm even given them two stars was the self served espresso machine. Amazon Fresh is the newest market by Amazon that is opening all over the US. With this new location (right next door to Kohl's), it opened towards the end of April. My husband and I have been here twice now but have visited a few other Amazon Fresh locations (Temecula and Cerritos). When they first opened, the pizza slices were $1.79 each but it is now $1.99 a slice. I think it was a mistake initially and so Amazon Fresh had corrected the price. But the price of $1.99 is still a good price for the size. But the real deal for the pizza here is a full pizza for $9.99. Over our two visits, we purchased a slice of the White Cheese Alfredo which was pretty tasty and I think the size was more than plenty for one person. I love alfredo sauce on a pizza (and also pesto). We also purchased a few slices of Pizza Supreme, which has pepperoni and sausage. It is quite meaty and also tasty. Over our visits, I also purchased cookies from the bakery section, some produce, crackers, bread, etc. Now I know the prices may seem expensive to most, especially if you are not accustomed to shopping at Whole Foods or markets at the same price point. But I think Amazon Fresh can be quite affordable, especially with the numerous of coupons they continue to provide (you can also find the coupons online too). Now with shopping, you can do it the traditional way with getting a regular cart, which is how we prefer to shop. You can also pick one of the special green carts that will keep a running total of the items you put in the cart and also subtract the items you remove from the cart (although there have been numerous of problems with this and so you want to check the items before leaving the store. Sometimes people will be charged when a person touches an items and is charged, so again it is best to check before you leave). I think if you do not have any specific expectations, you will enjoy your shopping visit. All the staff we have interacted with were very friendly. The woman's restroom I used on both visits were clean upon these 2 visits. I look forward to my next shopping trip. read more

Visited on Saturday, 04/30/22 for the first time. Grand Opening week/weekend. VERY clean and tech-savvy inside (Amazon Alexa) at every corner who is willing to assist your grocery needs. We got some free snacks outside as well as prizes from spinning the wheel. Upon entering, the entrance area was jammed packed. A lot of customers were trying to download the app from their phone so that they can scan their QR Code to go inside. Some customers (myself included) were confused as to where/what to scan. Fortunately there were staff present to assist and guide those who are not too tech-savvy/unfamiliar with the process, which is understandable since the procedure itself is very distinct compared to other markets. This place has everything - from fresh produce, meat, seafood, bakery, and dairy. They also have a HUGE HOT BAR & SALAD BAR, as well as SUSHI AND PIZZA! I will say everything inside is quite expensive (in my opinion), so I will not purchase my groceries here but I am willing to try out their hot bar & salad bar. Additionally, this place sells Rotisserie Chicken for $4.97, but there was none available when I was there. They sell pizza either per slice or as a whole for $9.99 (same price as Costco's whole pizza) - you can choose any pizza (pepperoni, pesto chicken etc.) you want for $9.99, but I will say their pizzas look a little flatter (flat-bread style) compared to Costco's whole pizza for the same price. Lastly, this place has a SELF-SERVE ESPRESSO machine! You can serve yourself a cappuccino, mocha, chai, latte, etc.! Overall 3/5 (minus 2 stars due to the price of groceries). I've never been here before so I was able to enter by using my credit card that is linked with my Amazon account in order to get in. I did not do any grocery shopping. I simply came here to pick up lunch and eat inside. It's similar to a Whole Foods as far as they set up with their food and groceries. It's a little bit more affordable than Whole Foods though. A lot of people that work there seem young but very respectful and professional. I do like that is a very laid-back, chill environment while still creating a decorum professionalism. I came in today specifically to get some food from there hot and cold bar selection. They charge by the box and not by the pound. Prices range from $6-$12. They have a wide array of different prepared salads. The steak chimichurri salad And there creamy chicken spinach pasta salad was amazing. Although I tried most of the other ones they had. All were just as fresh and delicious as well. I decided to add one chicken tender. Their chicken tenders are monstrous! One was enough for my salad. They also have A portion of the salads where you can create your own as well if you do not want prepared salads. I saw that they do have a small bakery and they sold pizza as well. He acts annoyed and gets the other worker from the back after he ignored me. Then the lady from the back says they usually put sandwiches out at 1110ish. Fine, I will browse and wait. Come back at 1120, no sandwiches. NOW, she tells me there are not going to be any, never been ordered. so for 45 minutes I was in this store expecting lunch. Pissed me off soo much. I have shopped here second times since the store just opened up about a month. I bought a whole supreme pizza for $9.99 and it wasn't good compare to pizza at Costco , Domino's and Pizza Hut . The pizza was soft and thin, instead of crispy which topped with olive, sausage, pepperoni, ham and cheese. It tasted like card board and less aroma scent. The facility is roomy, clean and everything is so organized, but not enough lighting which makes the store less energy. The wine niche has a small table in the middle of walk way and there is an unpleasant staff face standing in front for doing nothing . I think it's better for Amazon Fresh to put an LED list sign here for the savvy techs to check things around if they want to know more about wine spirits and prices . It's just my imagination! Staffs are cold and not much helpful, there is only one cashier open on Sat , but luckily there is not many customers in store by the time I was there. New location along a major street, convenient parking lot shared with Kohl's. Staff are helpful and friendly. The store is Well-stocked with fresh veggies, fruits, pastas, and canned goods. This is my first visit to an Amazon Fresh store, it feels like a mini Whole Foods married a Vons, the store carries all the typical 365 products, same set up with the pizza, salad and hot food stations as a Whole Foods. But it also offers regular products like Dove shampoo, Colgate toothpaste, items that you typically find at Target and Vons. A major difference is the meat and seafood sections. The selections are very limited, mostly choice grade, pre-packaged and there is no indication on whether the seafood is wild caught or farm raised. Overall, if you are a vegetarian, this is a good alternative to other grocery stores as the prices are competitive and the store is well-stocked. If meat, seafood, and organic products matter to you, then you are not going to find much at this store. The store layout and lighting resemble an outlet store. The isles are narrow and it's fairly dark. There are cameras above every aisle for facial recognition and to keep track of the items in the shopping carts. I'm not from California and was driving by when the Amazon Fresh caught my eyes. I've not seen one in Oregon, yet. I didn't have much on my schedule, so I made an adventure out of my trip to Amazon Fresh for some groceries. IT WAS SO FUN. I came late in the day and there was not many people in the store. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by one of the workers. I probably looked very lost because they immediately asked if I needed assistance. Yes. Yes, I would love and appreciate some guidance. If you are not a people person, Amazon Fresh is great. Your shopping cart is your scale and (part) check out/register. It's the smartest shopping cart I've ever shopped with. You scan the item you are wanting to purchase. If it needs to be weighed, you put it in the cart and it weighs it for you! Whaaattttt!?! There is a simple option to remove it, also if you change your mind. When you are done and ready to end your shopping trip, there is an area you walk through to pay. If you have a card on file with Amazon you can pay that way (this is how I paid). I don't know how you pay if you don't have a payment option saved... Unfortunately, I don't know when I will get a chance to come back. However, I'd definitely go again. Store is bright, clean, and easy to navigate. The shopping cart also tells you what deals there are in the aisle you are currently in, too! read more

The pros: It's clean and the staff is friendly The cons: It's really expensive, they don't have as much of a selection as your neighborhood grocery store. The meat and produce look good, but the prices are insane unless it's on sale. That seems to be the theme throughout. I returned an Amazon package here and thought I might get some groceries, but I came home with a bunch of bananas for $0.99 and a package of tea biscuits. Every other item I looked at cost way more than other stores. I don't get it. On the website, they're generally much better at beating or matching big retailer prices. There was more staff than customers. I felt like each person could have had their own personal Amazon Fresh guide, except that those who weren't restocking things, we standing around chatting with each other. Unless you plan to buy only the sale items, or they happen to have something there that you need and no one else carries it (I doubt it, but...), I don't recommend shopping here. So I've now probably had 20-25 visits to date. Employees are friendly and helpful, most of the time. The automated carts are pretty good, some issues are when the internal Internet system goes down making the carts inoperative. The carts are basically rolling scales that have three bar code scanners onboard. Remove a lightweight item like a bunch of cilantro sometimes does not trigger the cart to ask if an item has been removed. Same thing goes when the cart is seriously overloaded with the cart asking if an item was added. However the price of item scanned always matches self price. The hot food area at $8.99/lb is mediocre in freshness. Deli is non- existent w/ pre-packed sliced meats. Once had a pound of pepperoni slices sliced with the packaging/casing still attached to each slice! Yuk. Produce is fresh and appealing. Bakery is minimal at best. At times it seems there are more employees stocking and doing online order fulfillment than customers in store. More times than not the "temporarily out of stock" shelf tags are aggravating and excessive. Prices are about equal to Aldi with more variety and name brands. Nice perk to be able to return Amazon items at this store via an employee or w/ convenient kiosk. Main quibble is lack of a hard,printed receipt at automated checkout. Came here to do an Amazon return and used the $10 off $40 coupon. The return was easy. Shopping was a little confusing but the staff are super friendly and helpful. Shelves were halfway stocked on a Friday night. Items on sale were decently priced, otherwise everything is on the more expensive end. Bell peppers on sale for 50 cents each! We waited 45 minutes in line to get into the restaurant it appeared to be very clean a great selection of food. it was set up just like the old Souplantation. The food was very fresh. Very tasty. This store, as expected, is high tech. You can scan your Amazon fresh barcode to shop and leave the market without having to go to a cash register. Another paying option is paying with your palm. I'm not too sure how that one works since my family didn't try it. There are also tablets setup around the store called "Ask Alexa" where you can ask where certain items are located. If you look up to the ceiling there are cameras hanging down, not sure the exact purpose of those but I'm assuming it has to help with locating their products...or something along the lines of that? PRIME DAY REVIEW! I came 5 mins late after opening and there were already at least 100 people in the store. There were no more $1 sausage, which was expected. I bought $1 corn, pita chips, strawberries, nutrigrain bars, and the BOGO shrimp. The corn is a great deal, they had plenty in stock too, I saw them refilling it when there was 20% of it left from the 1 hour. I spent about an hour searching everything. Some of the items were out of stock (cheddar cheese, sasusage) or didn't exist such as the Caramel Iced coffee for $1. The pita chips, I should have gotten more, they're so delicious!!! I got the parm and garlic one. The free cookies are at aisle 8! If you're looking for the BOGO shrimp, then have ALOT and they also have an additional section in the back near the milk that holds the same shrimp! Make a new email if you don't have prime, you get a 30 day free prime membership. If you're doing it on your phone, you will have to use your browser to activate your membership and not your app. It will not work via APP. You get a $20 coupon off $40 if you're a prime member, otherwise you're stuck with spending $50. They also give you another $10 off to spend for next time. Workers were extremely good at refilling in stock items and helpful too. I accidentally bought a bag of lemon and one had mold on it, they exchanged it right away. If you line up, it's about a 5 min wait if there are 2 people in front of you! I'd suggest you lining up to know the exact price that you're paying for.
